Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.

Hotel is new, as such the room and amenities were in very good condition. Orientation of our bed though was facing the windows, so if you forget to draw the shades before you go to bed, you'll be staring at the sun when you awake.

"Nothing special"
For this level of hotel I would rather just stay at Hampton Inns. Never excited about Courtyards and this was no different

"Bad Customer Service"
I called ahead of time asking if I booked online if I could use a gift card too and they said yes, which was wrong. I then lost out on using my $100 gift card and paid way more than any other hotel in the area due to this. The people there do not seem like they know what they are doing. "Pleasnant Stay"
Pleasant stay. Not fabulous but ok. Only negative the in house restaurant had odd hours. Closed Saturday and Sunday for dinner.

"Great Location Near Toronto Pearson Airport"
Brief overnight stay. Found the staff to be very helpful and the room quite comfortable and clean. For those who want to shop a large shopping mallis located close by. Would recommend this hotel.
"Dissapointed"
We chose this hotel because it offered pay per view, UFC big weekend, thought we could watch the fight after the expo. No tec was available to fix it so we missed the fight. Our room had ants on the nightstand & in the bathroom. Not impressed !!
"Empfehlenswert"
Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel in der Nähe von Toronto. Allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Das Hotel ist Top gepflegt und die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Wir haben es genutzt um uns Toronto anzuschauen. ist etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Toronto Downtown.
