We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.

Our stay was great. The hotel was perfectly situated, was clean, and the rooms were very adequate. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and well looked after. I would not hesitate in staying here a second time and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. The restaurant was air conditioned and was fine, although a bit slow, but we were on holidays so that was fine. The staff were very friendly and good to us.

I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.

I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke good english. I was disappointed that WiFi in the room was not free but you could go to the lobby and use it for free. Since phone service is very expensive in Argentina, I use Skype or FaceTime. I did not wish to have a conversation with family members in the lobby!

The lobby is very noisy, from the first floor you can here everything. Doors are noisy, you have to slam them to close it. Beds are narrow, you fall to the floor when you turn around.

I felt rather unsafe when walking to the hotel after dark, the neighborhood seemed to be right on the edge of good and bad, if I went two or three blocks in a couple directions, everything felt fine, but not at the hotel itself. To get in the door, you had to be buzzed in the front door! There was no air conditioning, and I think the heat was still […] on, as each time I got back to my room, it was extremely warm in the room. The towels were threadbare and rather rough. This hotel was great value for money in a very central location. There were three of us, my parents and I, and so the room was perfect as it had the third bed on the otherside of the bathroom and near to the door and so I could get in later without disturbing anyone. We had the extra benefit of a balcony which seemed to be the only one in the hotel […] and had three chairs and a table, although it didn't seem to be part of the cleaning rota, There was a slight smell of damp as the extractor didn't work in the bathroom and the air conditioning was set rather cold and you couldn't adjust it but in general the room was lovely. The reception was very welcoming and there was a buzzer system and so you felt very secure. The staff were well presented and helpful and most spoke english. All in all a lovely experience. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is central. It's dirty, staff lazy and unfriendly, room service doesn't exist unlike what's written on their leaflet... We stayed there 3 nights, I was sick the second night. We asked them not to do the room but to bring water and toilet paper :-( They never came... And this is only one example...

Llegamos y el conserje solucionó con buena onda un conflicto con la habitación asignada. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares centrales pero la zona no es agradable por la noche. Lo que nos pareció mal fué la limpieza de la habitación, no seré categórico en la crítica pero no es agradable que encuentres una sábana manchada. Na primeira noite fui acomodado no único quarto disponível em que o ar condicionado não funcionava, o carpete estava imundo e tinha restos de amendoim pelo chão. O hotel só me acomodou em um quarto melhor apenas no dia seguinte, após uma noite terrivelmente mal-dormida devido ao calor.Outro ponto negativo: apesar de anunciar no site que todos os quartos […] tem frigobar o hotel não possui em nenhum quarto. A localização e' excelente, porém o hotel e' muito antigo e mal conservado, atendimento e café da manha tb nao são lá essas coisas! Nao merece a avaliação nota 5 pela qual considerei a escolha, no máximo uma nota 2,5.

O hotel é bem localizado. Fica no centro da cidade e de lá para os pontos turísticos é bem fácil de ir, alguns da para ir a pé, outros de táxi e o valor é muito bom. O pessoal da recepção não fala português, mas nos entende e se faz entender. Foram muito simpáticos desde a nossa chegada até a partida. Porem, a higiene do hotel é algo realmente péssimo. […] Os quartos são antigos, cheiram a mofo e precisam de reforma urgente. Na recepção tem um cheiro de insenso (utilizado para abafar a fumaça de cigarro que entra da rua). É um cheiro forte. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar. Ficamos lá 5 diárias e o cardápio era o mesmo, também faltou carinho em arrumar a mesa, parecia tudo jogado, cortado de qualquer jeito. Muy buen hotel, esta muy bien ubicado. A dos cuadras de la peatonal donde encontras centros comerciales y locales para comprar. El desayuno es muy bueno, variado, abundante y fresco! La verdad estuvimos solo una noche esperando nuestro vuelo... y nos parecio una excelente opcion considerando la relacion precio/calidad!

Estimados, mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena el hotel es realmente bueno, y la zona es ideal para efectuar tramites en el microcentro de Cap Fed, El lugar no es muy bueno de noche, ya que la fisonomia de la ciudad cambia despues de las 20 hs. A mi me gusto y lo recomendaria . Saludos

Pode-se ir a pé à Puerto Madero, pertinho da Rua Florida, um café da manhã bem legal, mas o pessoal da recepção não é enm agradável nem prestativo. Para quem já conhece Buenos Aires e sabe onde ir está bom, mas para quem precisa de ajuda do pessoal da recepção, desaconselho.

O café da manhã é excelente a localização é perfeita fui com duas senhorinhas e nós andavamos o dia inteiro pelos arredores. O hotel é antigo mas muito bem conservado e limpo. Recomendo vale a pena.
