This hotel is not close to the strip as stated. To get to the strip you need to take the freeway. While the room was roomy and spacious, several items were less than up to par. Our toilet was very dirty...two of the burners on the stove did not work, silverware was missing and dirty. Couch cushions were broken down. We found bobby pins on the floor which were not ours, which when combined with other factors made us wonder exactly how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. The pillows were great, the bed...this momma bear likes a bed with a tad bit more support. The hotel staff were very well trained and welcoming.

No maid service, beds are medeocre, shower was nice, no noise, hot water worked, sinks and shower drained, but what was really upsetting.....no in-room coffee. Very expensive for the amenities, hotel lobby is not easy to find. and due to the size of the complex, the room was difficult to locate. Their complex maps are poor, the buildings aren't readily marked unless you're in the respective lobby. All-in-all, very disappointing.

One of the major differences and benefits of timeshare vacationing versus staying in a standard hotel is that we offer spacious, fully-furnished condo accommodations with full kitchens and appliances, which offer all of the conveniences of home. In addition to larger accommodations, another difference between timeshares and hotels is that guests do not get daily room service. This is standard practice in the timeshare industry. We're sorry that we could not provide you with a great vacation experience and we hope your next trip to Las Vegas is more enjoyable.

Good stay, it would help if the Hotel would have large signs directing you to the office, it took awhile to find it. It is directly next door to SouthPoint which has very good restaurants, this was very convenient.

I don't think you can emphasize enough how "in the middle of nowhere" this feels. It's a massive ugly gross development, on the south edge of las vegas. 10 enormous buildings, each with 20 enormous floors, each with 40 enormous rooms. Gross. However... It's an oasis from las vegas. You drive there, get out of your car, and it's quiet. It's a short walk to your room. The room is big. The room is quiet.

Very affordable hotel. I have been attending the Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas for the last ten years and have stayed at a variety of hotels all over the area. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in the Las Vegas area! Primarily because each room is like a small apartment with a washer and dryer, in addition to a stove, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator and jacuzzi. The only down sides to this hotel is that there isn't a continental breakfast, the Internet is flaky (if you like streaming services) and this is south of the strip (where South Las Vegas Blvd narrows from 6 lanes of traffic to two lanes).

My staying was great, the building was new and nice.The from desk girl who checked me in was not friendly and welcoming at all, she even dropped my holiday spirit but when i saw the room, its changed everything, the room was spacious just what i was expected!!!

A superb condo for the price, our suite was large and well equipped with a nice Jacuzzi tub. East facing windows with wooden blinds brought in lots of sunlight, but too much in the morning without curtains to dampen the light in the bedroom.

For the benefit of future travelers a mid-week cleaning is provided with a seven day stay, and daily cleanings are offered for an additional fee upon request. Washers and dryers are conveniently located in your unit and a dishwasher and supplies are also provided.

First off, if you're booking through a site like expedia, know that this is a Timeshare resort. That means very large rooms, full kitchens, lots of space…but not a lot of hotel service. We really enjoyed our room. The bathtub/hotub was awesome. And for the price, it's a great deal. Tons of room, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was fairly indifferent to our arrival, no smiles at all. But not unfriendly either. South Point Casino is within a short walk, and has several eating and entertainment options. The shuttle to the strip was easy to get, and a fair price. However, make sure you have EXACT change. Our driver let everyone on the shuttle and refused to take payment until we arrived at the strip. Upon arrival, he said he had no change, and just shrugged. Several passengers, including us, didn't have exact change and were given no option other than to "tip" the driver. This is something the hotel staff could have warned us about as well. While we liked our room, the staff, and the shuttle experience will make us think twice before staying here again.

Had to change rooms, after the first nights stay, because the air conditioner did not work in the first room. The second room had a water leak under the sink and a water closet that ran all the time. Appears that the resort needs to upgrade maintenance.

One minor complain is the condition of the pull out couch - the seats were sinking in & the matress were so thin it was very uncomfortable.

Rooms are actually clean, completely equipped apartments. I stayed 2 nights. It is probably more designed for people who plan to stay longer, but I had no complaints. You need a car, but area is nice and spacious. Parking is tight, but there is a well policed garage at one end of the complex. It is a few miles from the strip. I liked it. Check in was kind of slow and complicated.

The only thing I was disappointed was the kitchen didn't have all I needed. I guess u have to bring your own items. Some pots and pans I needed. I guess I nned to bring them next time. Did u have in writing what things we needed to bring ourselves? Other then that it was great.

If you have a request or need something, all the staff does is pass the buck and point toward someone else to talk to. And when you speak to that person they'll actually point you back to the person you just spoke to. It's sort of hilarious. All they want to do is sell you a time share.

Always a nice place to stay, but some of the rooms are showing age. Some of the furniture veneer is peeling, chips in paint. They offer smoking rooms so the elevator can sometimes smell like an ash tray. Overall however, the beds comfortable and they are fully stocked with plates, flatware and pots. Parking can fill up quickly too!

This Hotel was Awsome for price! I just didn't care for bed comfort! Woke up tired from tossing tring to get comfortable! Also the jacuzzi had black specs of trash coming out of jets! And after draining I found more visible trash! Yuk! There was not enough information on how to leave room when you check out! Like dumping trash and putting dishes in dishwasher and turning it on! Towels were ruff too! They should explain that coupon books only work if you first get a club card!!!! But overall it was nice there! Weather was cold though! :)

The overall rating was low due to both rooms were sanitary challenged. The location is great and away from the strip traffic. Also conveniently close to South Point casino. The master bed and pillows were comfortable but the sofa bed was not. The hotel staff was friendly.

HI. My friend owns a time share at the Grandview, so I thought I would stay there so I could see what she was talking about. They did let us check in early, which was nice. Otherwise I didn't see a hotel employee the whole 4 days. The room was clean and was what I expected. We had noticed that there was a 10:00 am checkout, so we had asked if we could have a little longer. They said no problem, just call Saturday night and request it. When I did, they said absolutely not, that they have allot of people coming in on Sunday. I just wish they would have told me that in the beginning. No maid service, unless you stay longer. It was ok, just took some getting used to! Would stay here again.

Took forever to check in and out. The floor was not vacuumed and there was a smell like bug spray. I did like the community atmosphere, the pool area was great. The amenities were wonderful especially appreciated the washer and dryer.

The bed was horrible. So old it was soft from years of use. Pillows were worse. Thank heavens I bring my own orthopedic pillow when I travel! Washcloths & towels were stained. Worse was their plumbing. The guest upstairs took their shower or bath at 6 a.m. 2 mornings in a row and the water rushing through the pipes was so loud that unless you wore ear plugs & are a very sound sleeper, you would be awakened. As for service, unless you went to the front desk, there is none. Please understand this is not really a hotel. There is no daily maid service, room service, etc. but rather a timeshare complex. There is no parking set aside near each building's entrance for loading/unloading baggage, so if you're traveling alone like i was this trip, you will have to schlep your bags a long way to/from the garage building - fortunately my building was near the garage. (Parking lot was full most all the time except in the mornings.) The only good thing was all the space (mini apartment with kitchen for a good price (I got a 1/2 price deal on hotels.com). Would have been really ticked off if I had paid full price! Please don't think I'm a reviewer who always finds something wrong with every place I stay! I've never written a negative review before. I chose this hotel because of the room size & 4.4 rating. I dont know how it has such a high rating - unless the average guest has incredibly low standards!

Very hard to find since signage was hidden by palm trees. Drove right past the entrance. No signage to registration. Drove around the entire lot 3 times. Finally asked a shuttle driver and he stated, quote" hardest building to find, look for the flags out front". Other than that the stay wasn't anything special.

I stayed in this hotel many times, but this last time was horrible. We got a two bedroom suite and in one of the rooms it had nail sticking out of the carpet and my sister in law actually got hurt. (told the girl in the front desk and she said she would make a report). It didn't get fixed before we left so we had to be really careful so no one else would get hurt. Now in the other suite the water from the shower was not going neither the one water from the sinks. so if we were to turn on the water we had to wait so the water cold keep running.
