Easy 5 minute walk to the center of town, the hotel was comfortably removed from the insanity of Brugge's tourist-impact zone. Great free breakfast, friendly reception, and comfortable bed. The hotel has its own bar (ring the bell to get the desk clerk to come up and mix you a drink) and a nice, tranquil outdoor patio with tables and chairs for kicking back during the good weather season. Only thing that could be improved is the bed pillows - they reminded me of a flat bag full of rocks. Thank you Hotel Ter Brughe, we will plan to stay with you again when we return to Brugge.

Nice modern hotel in a medevil setting, parking underground, with a restaurant . . one way street entrance . . short interesting walk to where central Brugge starts . . cobblestone streets . . really cute and interesting town

Would have been helpful to have place to put suitcase to retrieve clothing.

"Hotel Walburg - Great Service and Location"
We traveled with a 1-year old child. They provided a very nice cot for the room. The location is ideal, not too close and not too far from the center of the city and therefore a quieter surrounding. Just steps away from the closest canal. Breakfast was nice with a decent variety of food and the service was excellent. They only issue was that it took […] a few minutes for water in the shower to warm up, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend to anyone. Read more
"bad night in Brugges"
Hotel was extremely uncomfortable, from the reception to the rooms with no air and the smallest pillow I've ever seen. Hotel is located next to the youth hostel and they were outside screaming till 4 am. The place is just plain eerie.

"hotel Walburg à Bruges"
très beau bâtiment , accueil sympathique et chaleureux , chambres vastes très propres ,immaculées, idem salle de bain , petit dejeuner continental copieux , bonne situation , à 5 mn de la place principale à pied , mais c'est si agréable de marcher dans cette ville. aucun bruit dans le quartier la nuit bref tout ça parait redondant mais c'est ce que […] nous avons ressenti et nous ne sommes pas payés par l'hôtel. nous étions donc très content pour cet hôtel que nous avons choisi au dernier moment , avec un prix de séjour tout à fait correct par rapport aux prestations. Allez ! un petit bémol pour être juste , il n'y a pas de parking , il faut utiliser le parking souterrain , payant , de la ville qui est à environ 500 m , tarif normal , ce n'est pas l'arnaque. nous étions avec 2 ado et une dame agée qu'on poussait en fauteuil roulant pour lui économiser des pas , ça n'a jamais posé aucun problème les couloirs et l'ascenceur etaient trés pratiquables .
