The hotel was OK. The family room was smaller than expected. Bed was above average but expected better. Staff at the hotel was friendly and professional.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel in perfect location"
Hotel is situated on a tiny street just several streets from the main Cathedral. Perfect location to explore the city. Close to everything. Staff was polite and very helpful. Do not miss seeing the Arenal Flamenco show while in Seville. I think the best in all of Spain. Room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet at night.Genuine Expedia guest review

We were a little disappointed with this hotel. I guess we were expecting more. The hotel seems a bit run down. But the location and the staff were incredible and the breakfast nice. So for that I give them a higher rating.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Back alley hotel."
My error in going to seville during the Easter festivities. the $250 a night dorm room locked in by blocked off side walks proved very frustrating. The staff were very good but the structure needs extensive improvements. Overall , I did not enjoy seville and will not return.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel was in a good central location. The rooms were adequate if a bit stark in keeping with the characterization of the hotel as "high tech." Overall, it worked for us, but we would not rush back.Genuine Expedia guest review

"okay place. avoid breakfast unless it's included"
The rooms were clean and fine. The beds were a bit hard. It's an okay place to stay but avoid the breakfast! At €16.50 you can feed a family at a much better place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"This hotel is a must!"
Not the cheapest but it totally worth the extra penny! The shower is the best part, it has shower and side jets which make taking a shower a whole experience. Super clean, neat and well maintained this places is awesome. Close to everything in a quaint neighborhood.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Does Not Deserve Four Stars, but a Nice Place"
I was a bit surprised that the hotel rated four stars. It is fairly Spartan--smallish rooms, simple furnishings, one easy chair. Our first night was a Saturday in an outside room and the street noise was very loud until after 2:00 am. I asked to be moved to an interior room and this was done without fuss. After that, no noise, but maybe because they […] are the nights of Sun., Mon. and Tuesday. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast very expensive and plenty of places nearby that are much more reasonable. Very convenient to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, and in an interesting part of the older town. The price was right and on balance, for the price, I would certainly consider it again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"In the Heart of the Santa Cruz Section"
This hotel was within two blocks of the Giralda Tower and the Cathedral and very close to the Alcazar and easy walking distance to other sites. It's tucked on a small side street, with very little traffic, which made for quiet evenings. This is a high tech hotel, so it was pretty sleek. We were a bit surprised by the frosted glass doors on the bathroom […] in the room, but it honestly didn't make much of a difference. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Somewhat hidden in the streets surrounding the Cathedral and Santa Cruz area. Walking distance to everything. The rooftop area was a bit awkward and oddly unused. Would be a great place for a pool or rooftop bar but it's been left empty. Service was great and front desk staff had a lot of good restaurant suggestions that were outside of the tourist […] areas. "Petit Palace Santa Ana"
Staff very helpful and polite. Small hotel, beautiful architecture (see pix on website) and close to lots of attractions. Coffee machine and juice complimentary until midnight. TV moderately small and had only broadcast channels (but did have an English news channel). Bikes were old but worked--can't complain because they were free. Very basic shampoo/soap […] in room. Hotel had a rooftop patio, couches in lobby. No gym. Overall, a good stay. I recommend it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Minimalist Hotel near the Cathedral"
My wife loved the hotel I chose for our 9 day visit to Seville! It was centrally located near the old city and within walking distance of many of Seville's sites and many Tapas bars. Rooms were clean and had free access to WiFi. Wonderful and very helpful staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, Great neighborhood"
The hotel was in a great neighborhood and near all the major sights. It was clean and comfortable. Not extremely luxurious but more than adequate. Only downside was price of breakfast in hotel lobby that was over $20.00 dollars each. It was a buffet style and good food, but we thought it was of much less value as we could have gone less that 2 minutes […] away and had the same meal for half price and the price was not advertised anywhere we saw. Other than that I would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Pictures are deceptive. The rooms are not as nice as it looks. Furniture in lobby is old and dirty. Staff is helpful but barely a three star facility in my book.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to all must-see sights"
comfortable to stay at and the breakfast was excellent. but the alley was too narrow to drive SUV, had to fold the side mirrors back to get in the garage. otherwise all sights were so close that we could have an enjoyable time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel with a great location"
Best location smack in the middle of the old city. 2 minute walk to the cathedral. 5 minutes walk to the Alcazar. 10 minutes walk to the Barrio Santa Cruz. 20 minutes walk to the Plaza Espania. 20 minutes walk to the bull ring. Great shops all around. Very friendly, helpful, & knowledgable staff. Well equipped comfortable rooms. Lobby and common areas […] could use a small face lift. Breakfast choice is good, could use some upgrade. Overall great value for money. Would stay there again when visiting Seville. Well done guys, keep up the good work. "a very nice hotel in a beautiful surrounding"
I recommend this hotel without any problem staff are very nice and helpfull and the hotel itself is a very nicely done.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We are a family of 4 passing through Sevilla (1 older daughter, 1 younger daughter (4)) and staying in this hotel for one night in the family suite. The room did have enough space, but was still a smaller than our other experiences during our 2 week trip. Fantastic location for walking to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar sites. Superb shopping/restaurant/pedestrian […] district right outside the hotel. The only drawback is parking. We were traveling by car and the hotel does have its own parking, but it was already full by the time we arrived in the late afternoon. They have free wireless, however you need to get a username/password for each device from the front desk (not a big deal, but just a tad annoying). The laptops in each room where older Dell computers. Not bad if you don't have your own equipment. They do have breakfast if you desire, but the price was really high - 17.5Euros per person, so we chose to eat at the local Starbucks. Decent hotel and it was a great value for the price. "Ok, but definetely not a 4*"
an older hotel with much wear/tear. They try to brand it as "high-tech", but leaves much to be desired. In the US, it would never be a 4* hotel. if you can get a low rate, then give it a go. If you're expecting a 4* hotel, this is not it. Great location though, right in the center of city with many restaurants nearby.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed at the hotel for the Semana Santa celebrations. The service at the hotel was excellent. They staff went out of their way to help out. The rooms were a little small and the beds were a little hard, but overall they were nice rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it for others.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"ace location - ultra modern hotel - great staff"
Nicely located hotel - ultra modern! I didn't really like the transparent bathroom door (which didn't close properly) but the helpfulness of the staff more than compensated. They were all extremely helpful, especially Melesa (I hope I've spelled her name correctlly).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel for a family"
The location is perfect. Easy walking distance to most of the cities highlights. Also near many good restaurants. The room was a bit noisy and "tight" for 2 adults and 2 children #the children were in bunk-beds# but it's fine for getting a decent night’s sleep; the only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable. "Centro de Sevilla"
Really liked the family room with bunk beds for the kids. Noisy pipes. Heard every flush from my upstairs neighbors. Didn't refill the bacon & eggs at the breakfast buffet despite requests to do so. Quick to get your room number & charge you a good sum though. The complimentary drinks in the lobby seemed to be only a water cooler whenever I passed through […] during the listed hours. ""can't beat the location""
Small, clean hotel in great location. It is located right around the corner from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. It was so convenient we would do some sightseeing in the morning, buy some souvenirs and quickly stop by hotel to place our purchases in the room. The breakfast was OK, nothing special. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, always […] willing to answer our questions and spoke English very well. The room was a little small, but overall clean. The bathroom was nice, quite big compared to the size of the room. Would definitely stay here again--can't be the location! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great location. But driving/parking is nightmare."
Nice hotel is a great location. It's walking distance to almost all the interesting sights in Sevilla. However this location can also be a disadvantage if you are driving. The streets to get to the hotel are extremely narrow, the hotel itself is on a very narrow one-way street. I consider myself and good driver and got away with it, but it was super […] scary. We made a couple of wrong turns (GPS ran out of battery - my fault of course), and ended up halfway through a street before realizing that it kept getting even narrower. Finally had to back out of the tiny street in reverse. I thought it was quite an adventure, but the wife was somewhat traumatized. The hotel does have parking, but it is in the basement accessible through a car elevator. Almost no space to make a wide enough turn to get into your spot; ended up scratching the car in the process. But we enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly. The rooms comfortable. Location fantastic. All in all, other than the car situation, the stay was good. If you intend to drive, find a hotel that not in downtown. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Feel Comfortable with your decision to book hotel"
The hotel is very conveniently located. Literally several hundred yards from cathedral and Alcazar and Plaza. Hotel is modern with all amenities including Wi-Fi. Very clean. Front desk was efficient if not attentive. Did not do breakfast. Although it looked great, we thought overpriced. Price would be considered a value.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is a contemporary design with great internet access in the rooms. My only negative comment is that the pillow of awful. Even using two pillows did not help. They are flat which looks good with the design but is not good to sleep with.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"A pleasant surprise !"
Even though the Hotel is in a prime location, very close to the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva, it is hard to find for somebody like us driving for the first time in Spain. The streets are tiny and turns were difficult with road blocks too! However, can't thank the Hotel front desk people enough! One of them went out, looked for us and lead us to the Hotel. So, […] after almost an hour going round And round the vicinity, the beautiful interior and Nice room were welcoming! Don't be discourage about trying to find it, it just happened that road blocks and one way signs were put up recently and our GPS didn't lead us to the right way. The hotel is in a great location. close to Cathedral, shops and restaurants. We stayed in a family room. The room looked a little tired but was clean. "Great location, awful beds"
Nice hotel in a great location, close to all points of interest in Seville. Unfortunately the bed in room 2 was just awful!!! The hardest most uncomfortable bed in the world, I would have had a better night sleep on the floor, not to mention that I have booked a double room only to receive 2 single beds pushed together with a big gap in the middle. […] The hotel staff did give us a better room which was nice, but only apologized for the first awful night, frankly, they should have compensated us for such a bad room and taking a reservation for a double room which they could not have fulfilled. Breakfast was ok, hot food not being replaced often enough and rubbery eggs, but a good selection. To sum up, your stay can be awful in some of the hotels rooms and decent in others! "Average 4 star hotel."
The hotel is clean and the room was pleasant. The reception staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The location is great - 3 mins walk from the Cathedral. However, although it is called a "High Tech" hotel, the only hi-tech bit was the fact it had a laptop in the room (mine did not work though - but the one in reception worked fine). […] The WiFi was a bit intermittent and could use improvement. I would have really appreciated a swimming pool, especially in the Seville heat. The quality of the room a/c was just about acceptable. It was quiet, but needed to be more powerful (it was fine if you left it on all day, but that seemed wasteful). Although I would recommend this hotel, I would probably stay elsewhere next time (with a pool) - this is personal preference and I had a nice stay at this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Not so good"
Location is great, everything else not-so-much. Our room was clean but there were some odd stains on the wall of the second room - we had to be moved from the first room because it reeked of smoke (receptionist was adamant it was a non-smoking hotel despite fact we'd JUST heard her tell the previous checking-in guest he could smoke). All other receptionists […] were much better: more helpful, more polite, etc. Breakfast was adequate but the room dedicated to this was too small for the number of guests. Definitely not a 4* hotel. I wouldn't stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
