Have often stayed at the Plaza. Rooms have been updated and are super. Good food and entertainment on site. Right at the end of old town. I'll be back!
"we stayed in the HRH all-suite tower....it ROCKED!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
first of all, you need to know that i initially booked a casino room (2 queens). HOWEVER, i got an e-mail for a special rate in the HRH tower - the newest building. we booked that special for 2 nights, and then the casino room for the following 2. once we got to the hard rock, they let us stay in the suite for a nominal "upgrade" fee instead of switching rooms. therefore, my experience was ONLY in the suite. the suite was well-appointed. modern and clean furnishings, and the MOST COMFORTABLE bed i have stayed in to date. the foyer is nice, yet the closets are located in this area and NOT in the bedroom. the seating area is nice, but the speakers for the ipod dock SUCKED. the bathroom was large...almost bigger than some hotel rooms. we also went to the reliquary spa; a nice break from the smoky casino. the spa was empty because most people are out-and-about. regardless, it made for a relaxing experience. all-in-all, i would DEFINITELY stay here again depending on the rate that i can get. although the HRH is off the strip, it is well worth staying here. then again, we had a rental car so it made coming-and-going easy.

Glittering, larger-than-life gambling palaces dominate Las Vegas Boulevard South, better known as The Strip. Here, hotels are destinations unto themselves. Within a three-mile stretch, visitors can see the New York City skyline, the Eiffel Tower, an Egyptian pyramid, imperial Rome, a dancing fountain, and an exploding volcano. A monorail links several hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center.

"WYNN Las Vegas - luxury but coslty"
stayed here on the first 3 nights of our honey moon. hotel was beautiful from top to bottom. price was good enough to for such luxury. only misgiving i had was the that we did not count on everything else being so expensive, from breakfast buffet to a simple bottle of water. If this is your one luxury like it was for us just remember this hidden co […] st. Read more
"Perfect is not enough!"
All fantastic! You do not need to go out of hotel at anytime! The only suggestion I have is that the hotel customers should have an advantage in the queues of clubs and not be treated as a common customer. Also the security people should be more polite!
"Wynn know how to take care of you!"
One of the best hotels in Vegas! Luxury throughout and great service- Thanks Steve Wynn!
"Wanted to try a different hotel"
We were at the hotel only 24 hrs. The staff was great.... The rooms were nice. However we would not give the hotel a 5*..We could smell smoke the minute we walked into the hotel...We have never experienced that problem before when we stayed at the Venetian..or the Belliego....
"FIrst class stay"
Really top facility....great room view. All was super, only one comment to note. Check in and check out was a bit squeezed and slow...so allow time.
"came for a conference"
My wife and I stayed at the Wynn because it was hosting a conference that I was attending. We really enjoyed our stay. It is the best Las Vegas hotel in which we've stayed. We were here for several days. Our room was always clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a nice view of the north end of the strip. We ate at several of the restaurants during out […] stay. We enjoyed them all, but we agreed that the food at La Cave was not up to standard and not worth the price. The pool was great, very relaxing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Read more
"A bit overrated"
Overall, I thought Wynn was nice and had great amenities and service, but restaurants within the hotel was not convenient. It was quite a walk to most restaurants and food was expensive. SW Steakhouse wasn't as impressive as we thought for the price we paid. Le Cave was a unique idea with small plates, but quality of the food was a bit too salty for […] my taste. Food was average, we expected more. Room was clean and had a nice view, but I don't think we'll be coming back to Wynn. Maybe just for the XS club since that was impressive with a popular DJ there last weekend. Other than that, I don't think it was up to our expectation. Read more

The Wynn was beautiful and worth every penny!
"Excellent Experience"
Everything about the hotel is classy. Not crazy about the $25 "resort fee," but almost all Las Vegas hotels are charging something similar. Overall an excellent experience.

"spectacular hotel but restaurant prices high"
This is unquestionably a 5 star plus hotel and the decor is astonishing. The restaurant pricing however, is shockingly high, $32. for two regular coffees and two egg muffins.
"Tried Wynn for a change"
The hotel is superb. The rooms wonderful and the staff super friendly. A couple of things and one in particular detracted from a string of 5 out of 5's. Check in on a Sunday afternoon took 50 minutes. The line was ridiculous. The registration area is much too small and we were forced to line up like Disney, going round and round and then down the hallway. […] We had a croner room, 1266. which was fabulous, but Sunday night we were subjected to really loud music from a night club. We weren't sure where the noise came from but it stopped just after 4am. Monday and Tuesday nights were quieter, the music was there but more in the background. Everything else was great about the hotel. Read more
"The Buffet"
The Wynns Buffet is outclassed by the Bellagio for breakfast and dinner both for choices and presentation of the offers.
Excellent hotel. Would be back.
Air conditioner unit in my room had problems. Front desk sent someone up and took care of it. Before that it was almost 80 degrees in the room. This hotel is located at the far end of the strip, but is close to Palazzo and a mall across the street. Expensive but nice!
"Loved it!"
I travel a lot with work and I think this is the nicest placeyet!

Poor customer service at restaurants and hotel
"Best in Vegas"

The only negative point was the fact that I could still hear the noise from the club in my 52 floor room. Otherwise the best hotel in Vegas in my opinion. Great location, very modern and clean, amazing amenities, wonderful clubs (TrYst and Xs), great food options, pool, etc.

We has a very nice stay at Wynn. The whole daily loved the breakfast buffet. I would be even better if smoking was not aloud in the casino.

"Best Hotel Ever!"
My husband and I go to Vegas all the time, but we've never stayed at the Wynn before until now. I don't think I could stay at any other hotel after our amazing experience here. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment of check in. We originally booked a standard room but opted to upgrade to a tower suite which was gorgeous! A staff member came […] by our room to make sure we were enjoying our stay so far. The pool staff always checked in on us, offered complimentary water bottles and fruits and were very knowledgeable of the best areas to get some sun and what time the sun went down. We did quite a bit of gambling and by the end of the weekend, the dealers felt like they were our friends, even though we didn't win. My husband left our camera and his sunglasses at one of the tables, but was luckily recovered by security and staff. Can't say enough good things about the Wynn... I hope to stay there every time I go to Vegas! Read more
