I booked on line as an extra to our usual Greek summer holiday cos I was so fed up with the weather in England. It was perfect for my husband and myself to get away from it all and the kids loved the indoor pool (outdoor one a bit nippy in March!) The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was to an excellent standard, very well kitted out, and the hotel is situated at the quiet end of Palma Nova which suited all of us, opposite the beautiful yacht harbour. To top it all the weather was great and we went home with a tan! We'd love to go back again.

My husband and I took a chance and booked this hotel on the internet. It was so easy find being only 3 minutes from the main Palma motorway. Situated at the port end of Palma Nova, it had a beautiful view over the whole bay. On arrival, the reception staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and well furnished. It had a really nice indoor pool that was open early to late. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is within walking distance to the beach, shops bars etc. but away from all the general noise of the town. We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to return again soon.

apartments were situated in a quiet area over the harbour. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Kitchen utensils were sparse and require upgrading. There was alot of work noise within the building adjacent the pool which was disturbing. Would rate property 3 * rather than 4. Enjoyed overall visit.

We got this accommodation at an absolute bargain price so shouldnt really complain about anything. Plus points are the views and spacious accommodation (ours was a 2 bedroomed apartment, double private balcony, good size kitchen and external utility area with washing line and sink!). Negatives - decor in places is antiquated and daytime entertainment poor - only kids (no teens or adults) joined in and entertainers not proactive or enthusiastic in their tasks (except Bingo strangely!). Cant comment on Evening Entertainment as we went out every night. Overall enjoyed the location which is the very end of Palma Nova - so fairly quiet even in peak season.

This is an older building which is better as the rooms are so big and spacious. You get a double size balcony and an ample kitchen. Rooms are fine and very comfortable, satellite TV and microwave. Location is perfect beside the local boat club and across the road from the beech. Magaluf was a 30 min walk away so hotel offered a quieter location but still in the heart of things. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make the trip enjoyable.

Reviewed by T of Madrid on Dec 28, 2007
