Was very disappointed in the lack of shuttle service to & from the airport. Based on that alone, probably won't book with them again.

The Staff at the front desk was excellent. The blond lady was very helpful and made sure to help me switch rooms after I didn't originally get a room with a microwave and fridge which I had forgotten to request. I was amazed at the friendliness of all of the staff that I ran into.

we stayed there 2 nights the elevator was never cleaned there was mold on the floor in the bathroom behide door the covers were off some outlets they must of forgot how to us a vaccum hair in bathtub that was not from us

No room cleaning on Christmas Day. Heater was too hot on a low setting. Had to open the window to control the room temperature.

I was very disappointed with how old and run down this hotel was. The tile flooring was falling apart and the carpet was very stained and dirty. The room was stinky and dated. There was a bug in my bed and the bedspreads were stained. We had to switch rooms because the window wouldn't latch. The pool and hot tub looked dirty and old. There was several things wrong at this hotel. First was there is a very good breakfast for everyone which the web site had wrong!! There was the cereal juice coffee like most hotels but this hotel also had the waffle maker, fresh gravy and biscuits, sausage patties with round egg patties - they weren't like a real fresh egg but weren't to bad in taste. […] There wasn't a phone book in room to look up restaurants and shopping, the hot tub and indoor pool was nice but when you go to shower off before going back to your room the water is so hot that we almost got burned. the water was either off or on. There are no comment cards in the room or at the desk. The person at the desk gave us a phone book and when we asked for directions he gave us the wrong side of town for the store we wanted. We had the name of the business as well as address for him. The book in the room mostly had casino's as eating places. Read more

Were do I start 1. The overall feel of the hotel was very tired, most everything was beyond it's prime and in need of a major overhaul. Other than flat screen TV's this hotel and everything in it is vintage 1980's The room had a fridge and microwave which was good. The dust and dirt behind the fridge and furniture looks as if it has not been cleaned in over a year. There […] were also stains on the bed's comforter. The service from the front desk was sad at best. When we checked in there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for 5 minutes before the person sitting out front smoking with their girlfriend who I thought was a guest came in and said he did not think we were guests, hence him not coming in. The pool area was a disaster. The saunas were full of junk like old carpets and fixtures, the shower area was non functional and had old hoses and broken tile. The pool itself had a film on top of the water like on oil slick. The hot tub was functional but beware of the metal drain plate that sticks out which I smacked my toe on. There were also no towels in the pool area, the front desk guy said he would bring some in, but half an hour latter no towels. When up to the front desk and he was surfing Facebook on the only functional guest computer while his girlfriend was behind the desk talking on the hotel phone and surfing Facebook on the hotel computer. The waffle machines did not cook properly and I question the cleanliness of the breakfast area. Avoid this place, there is better. Read more
