    Hotel clerk would not give receit with rates depicted (shows 0 for amount), said the rates were hidden and I would have to contact hotels.com, where I made reservations and paid. I don't know what is hidden concerning the rate of $118.88 for one night.

    Since this is my hometown I was already knew about Greenwood. However, this was my first time staying in a hotel there and I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn's Hotel. I will use it again when I return for my class reunion.

    I went to Greenwood for a personal event and chose Hampton Inn based on previous ratings and proximity to the event. The ratings werent ideal, but after arriving, I found the previous ratings were low. Service, friendliness, and cleanliness were great. The hotel was under renovation but they hid it well. I got sick while there and ended up staying another […] night, and the front desk went way out of their way to accommodate me. I was treated like a family member instead of a customer.     Hotel was fine for the most part. One fellow behind the desk ignored me the entire time (weird) but everyone else was friendly. Pool was green and I couldn't see the bottom, so no go there. We accidentally left some clothes in the closet and called back while on the road. They were very helpful in sending them to our home.

    Staff was great! Could not find a place to park and the nice lady at the front desk moved her car and let me park in her spot. I think her name was Letia. Lots of cyclist there for an early event so they had breakfast ready earlier than normal just for us. Very nice! Hotel was clean and comfortable.

    We hung our towels each day to ensure they were not changed to help with conversation, but each day the maid gave us new towels. We had to ask them after the fourth day to change our bed linens - they did not do it. Our toilet did not appear to have been cleaned. We arrived on the 15th of June and are very disappointed.     i was happy to stay Hapton Inn. Very Happy about stay, Staff was great and very helpful. It was pleasing to stay at the Hampton when the Staff made you feel at Home!!!!

    Nice hotel for the town it was in. Fairly new renovation. Excellent breakfast and service. Above average hotel but nothing special.

    My husband and I were traveling through. The staff and everyone was very helpful and courteous. The whole place was clean and nice!!! The room was spaceous and very comfortable! Very nice place....if ever in Greenwood MS again we will stay at this hotel!!

    The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was more than I expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. It was quiet even though it was full the night i stayed there.

    The Hampton Inn in Greenwood, MS is a great hotel. We were in town for a family wedding. It is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. They helped me get some extra towels with no problems.
