The hotel was great and I would recommend it to anyone; however, don't travel with family because they may check you into the wrong room. The issue was resolved that night, but it was a rookie mistake for such a great hotel.

First off, it was in a great location. Close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The staff was outstanding and very nice and pleasant. they... served the complimentary breakfast in the mornings, which was all fresh and good. A big variety of breakfast foods and coffee as well as several kinds of juice. The room was super clean, with a microwave and refrigerator and coffe maker. The only con that we noticed was it seemed the walls were rather thin as we could hear the adjoining room's TV and some of their conversation. Pretty nice hotel. Very good deal for the price. Not the fanciest hotel I've stayed at, but definitely not the worst. Rooms were clean, refrigerator and microwave I believe are in each room and they are nice, not beat up. My husband said he "ate like a king" at breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is fine but the room rates include breakfast. Not enough seating so guests end up fending for themselves in the lobby and anywhere a seat can be had. I will say the hotel is mostly fine- but the acoustics could be better. Listening to the maid chattering in the hall is not a bonus.

The toilet in our room kept getting plugged and we had to call maintenance about 4 different times. Also children were swimming in the pool without swimming attire on or diapers.(Naked) We made comment to the front desk staff, but there was no response from them. Never offered to tell a manager.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was excellent. The hotel was well located, just off the highway. There's not a lot to do around it, but plenty of restaurants. The gym was pretty small, just a few cardio machines.

The issue is we just checked in so we are going to our room hhhhmmmm.. the issue is myself and my husband are white, my step brother in law is black. Nice facilities and amenities. Very close to the park we were going to kayak from. Only issue was the neighborhood behind the hotel got very noisy for a short time.

The hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. The staff was extremely accomodating to our request of being moved to another room, after our initial room was not satisfactory as the window was right by the walkway to the pool which was a heavy foot traffic area. Each staff member was very service oriented. The room was clean. There is not a view […] here, but the location is very convenient. Beaches are very close, as well as many restaurants and a terrific mall is just a few miles away. Only negative is that the pool wasn't all that clean. Even though the hotel was going through renovation, it was very quiet and did not bother us. The Manager went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. The breakfast bar is very good. Overall, the stay was great! Breakfast was very good and much better than the typical continental type breakfast. Pool was small but sufficient. The only complaint we had was that we could hear noise from other rooms loud and clear...conversations, a screaming child, etc. Very convenient to beaches and area attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus and the fitness center worked out well -- open and available. Not at all crowded. The room was clean and quiet. What else could you ask for?

With the addition of a hot tub, this place would be completely perfect. Spacious, clean, attractive service area with fountain. Breakfast was tasty and location was convenient. Nearly perfect to me - maybe also just one more elevator - but not a real problem.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Extended stay for one more day as I got sick. They were able to keep me in the room, even thought they had a group coming Saturday night.

I was welcomed by Kurt, a non unhandsome young man who flirted with me shamelessly, making this middle-aged, overweight woman feel young again. Overall, everything was fine. I didn't like that the bathroom door opened outward and blocked the entryway, but that's just a preference.

Our stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites was very pleasant. It was fairly convenient to the beaches and several nice restaurants and shopping. It was hard to find because it is tucked behind the MacDonald's . It close access to I-95 made it easy to get to West Palm Beach and Wellington. It was fairly quiet and the motel was well serviced.
