c'est dommage qu'il faut traverser par tout les temps pour aller manger, le passage est dangereux, nous pouvons glisser , pas pratique pour les personnes agées. Le repas était très bien rien a dire sur le service

"Lits confortables et chambre spacieuse"
Attention à la formule éco, vous risquez de vous retrouver dans la seconde partie de l'hôtel datant des années 60 et peu rénovée (chambre éxigue, mini SDB, TV 36 cm, petit balcon,....). Heureusement pour nous, une panne d'éclairage nous a permis de changer de chambre et de quitter la "classe muy muy economico" pour une chambre superbe !!!!

Je suis particulièrement déçu .Une piscine chauffé super !!! mais un environnement sale .L'alimentation plus que basique pas de choix .Petit -déjeuner 3 jours de suite le même fromage et même charcuterie les tranches se relevait par leur fraicheur. Midi et soir jamais de fromage .

Hotel satisfaisant, le personnel a l’accueil est très dévoué, les locaux sont propres et les exterieurs accueillants. Les points négatifs : le parking qui coûte cher : 15 euros par jour et le buffet est moyen en terme gustatif. Enfin la partie Spa est sympa.

Hôtel mal entretenu. Attention chambre économique pour eux signifie chambre pas rénovée donc en piteux état. Etablissement très bruyant à éviter les week end. Bonjour , l'état des chambres ne correspond pas au prix , dans la salle de bain , porte de la douche fêlée , carrelage casse , plinthes à changer , porte coulissante en phase de déboîtement des bâtis .Dans l'entrée , le coin lavabo est encastré entre les 2 placard , aucune intimité , les portes des placards ne coulissent qu'avec l'aide des pieds , dans la chambre plinthes côté balcon à remplacer . Ambiance générale , hotel très bruyant , une porte de communication existante dans la chambre , donc beaucoup moins insonorisé , les touristes sont bruyants et l'agent de sécurité ne prend pas la peine de se faire voir pour calmer toutes ces ardeurs .Les repas étaient très vite répétitifs . En bref , le rapport qualité prix ne correspond pas , personnellement , je pense qu'il faut déclasser cet Hotel , une note de 2 étoiles suffira largement .

"Grande albergo in via di rifacimento"
L'albergo è nel centro di Lloret, vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti/pub/discoteche. È una grande struttura divisa in 2 parti, con 2 piscine grandi, una piccola con idro-massaggio ed una riscaldata. I corridoi sono un po troppo stretti. Le camere sono state rifatte sicuramente da poco, quella Economy double in cui ho alloggiato era pulita e comoda, anche se le pareti erano troppo sottili, perché si sentiva tantissimo il rumore proveniente dai corridoi e dalle altre camere. La colazione è abbondante, dolce e salata, anche se non è di gran qualità. In compenso il personale è gentile e servizievole. Gli altri clienti erano per lo più russi, inglesi e tedeschi, pochi gli italiani.

"hôtel décevant"
chambre en très mauvais état. la chambre était sale. pas de sèche-cheveux problème d'évacuation au niveau de la douche. draps sales. la télévision ne comportait pas de port USB. la chambre est mal isolée nous entendons tout les bruits de la rue, de l'hôtel en face et, des chambres avoisinantes. ce problème est récurrent dans cet hôtel de nombreuses réclamations faites à la réception. Les points positifs sont le personnel de l'hôtel très agréable, la localisation de l'hôtel proche de la plage du centre ville. En conclusion nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps en dehors de l'hôtel.

Jeg syntes at vores dage var behageligt, dog var der alt for mange unge på alder fra 15-16 år som gjorde at vores nætte var meget lange på grund af deres uro på deres værelser og gangene.. Værelserne blev desværre ikke gjort rent og maden var ikke det helt stor hit. Vi haved halv pension og forventede enlig at der var drikkevare med til aftensmaden som der var til morgenmad.

"pasamos un fin de semana acorde a lo esperado"
una vez hecho el check-in subimos a la habitacion asignada y no estaba preparada, una vez comentado con recepción se nos asigno gratamente una habitación superior en compensacion, sinceramente quedamos muy contentos con la rapidez de la solución, habiamos estado en otros hoteles de la cadena y teniamos la certeza de que solucionaria todo perfectamente como así fue.

Arrivé devant l'hôtel, prise de panique, facade noire insalubre. Sensation qui se confirme une fois dans la chambre: murs noirs, serviettes de bain avec des tâches, ménage pas fait car des cheveux au sol, papiers dans poubelle, murs abîmés, très très mauvaise insonorisation. Plus jamais !!!! Meme un F1 en France est mieux.

Chambre standard horrible : 3 lits juxtaposés et 1m d'espace de murs à lits, meubles vétustes et très abîmés, 1 matelas crevé, zéro décoration, moquette tachée, poussière sur boiserie, vue sur poubelles. On a failli partir après 1 nuit. Repas au restaurant Havana : repas cantine - -. Pas de variété, pas bon et moche. Le tout compris : on n'en a pas profité car trop mauvais. La piscine climatisée : petite et pas accueillante. Conclusion : séjour cher pour prestations minables. Allez ailleurs !

Hotel bien situé, aspect exterieur agréable mais les chambres,la sdb et les couloirs sont très vétustes et mal nettoyés, non insonorisées, lits inconfortables. Repas buffets moyens , l'ensemble n'est pas digne d'un trois étoiles, tout juste deux. Je ne le recommande pas.

Beware what type of room you book. Unknowingly, we apparently had booked an "economy" room, which the reception staff seemed keen to remind us every time we asked for something. And, oh boy, was it basic! No kettle, no hairdryer, no blanket on bed, no wifi, furniture chipped and tatty. The most squeaky bed I have ever slept in. Comfy but just as well as I daren't move! The bathroom was rather smelly and the shower hook broken. On the plus side, it seemed clean, despite chipped bath tub, and furniture. The only plug in the room was between two light switches so our UK adapter didn't fit. I was only there two nights with a friend so didn't care too much about the room but I'm sure many people would be disappointed and I feel it let's the hotel down. We didn't use much of the rest of the hotel apart from the bar and restaurant. Our economy room status meant we had to pay extra to use the spa facilities, and being April, we didn't use the outdoor pool, tho it looked nice. The bar area is brightly lit with tables and chairs, so lacked atmosphere but it was popular among the residents, and you get good measures, so after a few you dont care, lol. Restaurant was buffet style, probably looked nicer than it tasted but it was ok and there was plenty of choice. You can eat as much as you like but our economy, room status meant we had to pay for water! Loret de mar itself is a bit dead in April so we got public transport to Barcelona for the day. Well worth the effort and easy. Bus loret bus station to Blanes, then train to Barcelona. Total journey about 2 hours, 16 euros return. Fab. Anyway, as for guitart hotel, by all means take your chance if you can get a good deal, are not staying long, and don't expect much. I shall return to Barcelona one day, but not loret and definitely not this hotel.

12 of us stayed here as we were on a hen do. On arrival a lady from reception gave us a map which we had to follow to find our rooms, not the best customer service. You have to pay tax to stay which come to €18 for 12 of us. Rooms very basic but we only stayed for 4 nights. However we went out on the first night and when we come back some of the girls money had been STOLEN!! This was because the patio doors didn't lock which is DISGUSTING!! We were on the block 4105. We asked to be moved and we then got moved in the hotel. We made the holiday ourselves after this but if you are staying in rooms 4105, asked to be moved as your room isn't safe or secure! As we were all inclusive we had a wrist band on and we got given a card. You have to show the card when you get a drink and can only order one at a time for some strange reason. Some of the bar staff we very rude! To get wifi only one phone can have the premium code because 'it would slow the wifi down' they have a free one which you can use in the restaurant. The locals aren't the friendliest, they were pig ignorant tutting at us and giving us filthy looks. The main strip is only a 5 minute walk away which was good, the tequila bar was very good and quite cheap! McDonalds/KFC/Burger King is down the strip also. Overall I would never ever come back this hotel. It's certainly not a 3*!

Do not stay of the 5th floor, it is truly depressing and not well maintained and most definitely not three stars. Make sure your travel agents outline what you are getting. The other floors are better. The junior suite is much better than the normal suite. The staff are lovely especially Alessandra at the main reception and another really lovely girl who worked with her. Thomas at the front was also lovely. The man at the desk entering the dining room is truly lovely as is Merci at the reception over by the GEM and the apartments. The apartments are not very well maintained either and could do with proper cleaning and a facelift. The food is plenty, however, breakfast does not give a wide variety. Dinner is normally very good with a good choice of a fruits. A reasonable set of recreational activities with a large variety of pools. You have to pay extra to use the spa though, then pay for a massage a total of about €40, which is expensive. Excellent effort put into maintaining the grounds and the surroundings. A good family hotel. I would definotely return.

First things first when we arrived we were asked to pay 12 euro tax? which we knew nothing about. We were only staying 4 nights and had a long day travelling so we just wanted to relax. However, this wasn't going to happen any time soon. We arrived around 4. Checked in, and immediately notice they lacked in English speaking staff. Now we took our room keys and went to our room went to open the door and shock the key didnt work. so we go back across to the main hotel (our room was in the secondary building) and asked for a working key. When we finally got in our room we found two beds and a smaller 'camp bed' against the wall. We were a group of 3 18 year old girls and had email with plenty of notice requesting three beds. Also the room looked nothing like the pictures we had seen when booking.. We booked silver as gold was only £5 more pp for the whole holiday so we thought wont be much difference we were wrong. As we went down to ask about changing rooms more suitable as the camp bed felt like it was about to fall apart, there was an English family also downstairs complaining about there room (they were later moved to gold) We were then given a new key to a different room a few floors up. when we got to that room to our shock, the maid was busy rushing around putting up another camp bed and still binning the previous tenants belongings. The maid then rang the manager and handed the phone over to my friend, we were basically told to stay in the first room for one night then the other 3 we could have a new one. We in the end chose to stick to the small cramped camp bed room as we'd unpacked our stuff to get ready the night before and weren't there long enough to pack back up to then unpack and then repack in 3 days. And also felt like we'd just be moved to another room like the other 2. Apart from the fact the room was cramped it was quite modern and clean. Now on to the food. We were all inclusive but I think we only ate 3 times in the 5 days. It was very repetitive and we found the McDonald down the road alot tastier. We had a brilliant first night out at club tropics! UV paint party was amazing right at the front we got covered! Not much more to say really enjoyed our holiday, but didnt spend much time at the hotel. The one time we did sit my the pool all the good sun beds were taken by towels and then some school group flooded the pool. there was also alot of steep hills. Oh and one night we were showering and getting ready and all of a sudden someone banged on out patio door... Rude neighbours. We had a great time exploring Lloret! and came back with I <3 Lloret tops haha. If you're looking for a fun party but relaxed during the day holiday i would totally go back to Lloret but this hotel just didnt do it for me

The mess up every single thing - stay , food , drinks , you name it, they mess it . If you have food allergies you are guaranteed to have wrong food and you suffer allergies.In spite we called them twice to make sure we are vegans and our food need to be done separately, the kitchen staff didn't seem to get any messages . We asked for packed as part of all inclusive, we got ham sandwiches even though the order said 'vegetal' also vegans . Bar staff are rude. total waste of money.

although my holiday was amazin ( the area is a must see ) Iwould be lieing if Isaid the hotel made my time there better I found staff to be racist, rude, inconsiderate and definitely not approachable. From the night we checked in we where prejudged. Pre waring the is a hotel tax of 12 euro that you must pay on arrival, before you receice your room key. The hotel itself was lovely, house keeping staff /the level on cleanliness was great and the food was great had a wide varity to choice from every night dispuite haveing to pay for water for dinner and lunch and this was not included in Full Board. But front desk staff and some of the dinner staff attitudes were disgusting. This alone made my stay here very displeaseing.

Despite having a lovely holiday it was no thanks to this hotel. I found staff to be rude, inconsiderate and definitely not approachable. Beware on arrival to the hotel on check in they wish you to give them 15 euros each day for parking, a 20 euro deposit for the car parking keys and 10 euros tax. On arrival to the allocated rooms we had booked, one smelt like somebody had died in the room and decoration was very tired. Food was the best feature of this hotel, wide range of choice but beware despite them saying that water and wine are free when we were staying half board, it is in fact, NOT as we noticed on the last night. When asking reception for help in regards to the car parking keys and them not working with the automatic gates, instead of trying to help us they just implied over and over again that it must not be working as we had not paid??? I would not recommend this hotel if friendly and sociable staff are what you are looking for in your stay.

Rubbish. First night we got there and plug sockets hanging from wall, patio door security was a joke. Then they couldn't work out we were all inclusive, had to walk miles to get to room when we didn't need too. As for going out of hotel I couldn't get 100 yards without being offered drugs every 10 yards. I love Spain but this place is rubbish. Food in hotel was so bad we ate out every night the only good thing with that place being all inclusive was the drink. In 10 years of going to Spain that was the worst experience

we had 3 large rooms all together on the 5th floor of Building 2 which has the heated covered pool just outside - brilliant for the children. All meals were in the main building and there was a very good range available, especially on 24th and 25th. The staff were charming and welcoming, especially the waitresses who worked hard to get us the tables we wanted as we were a group of 8.There were plenty of activities and entertainment to suit all ages and we enjoyed the dancing in the Salsa bar each evening. I wouls certainly go again off-season or at Christmas but it's a huge complex and would no doubt be crowded and noisy in the summer.

Brill place for a week away Great activities even if a bit dead. Was told it's the off season so not a big issue. Would go again as its a decent hotel. Great outdoor pools (if could in winter).great indoor pool (even if small and dated) bar lacks personality but can't fault for all inclusive
