We stayed in rm 1730 for our final leg in Japan; 2nd hotel in Tokyo this trip. Room was immaculate, super fast and accessible wifi, comfy bed, extremely helpful & gracious staff. Room was biggest we had in Japan. Visiting on vacation, and found this to be too far away from many attractions. Nearest subway/train is Mita/Tamachi, which are not major stops. […] Would have preferred to be closer to Tokyo or Shinjuku. In a city where it can be a bit difficult to get a good accommodation at a reasonable price, this is a great find! Close to a big, beautiful park and walking distance from some great neighborhoods. Breakfast is good, but can get bored of it if you stay long enough. Very clean and nice stuff - just what you'd expect in Japan.

The Celestine Hotel was great! They went out of their way to help us and make us feel out home while we stayed here during our honeymoon trip. The staff helped us with our questions in figuring out things. Up the road a few blocks is a great little place with small side streets littered with small restaurants and shops so you can get food and anything […] else you need. Conveniently located near multiple rail stations so you want have to go far to get to one and close to a few temples, parks and Tokyo Tower. At night the area the hotel is in settles down as you move the few blocks away from everything; allowing for some great rest. We loved this hotel. We stayed in three different hotels while we were in Tokyo and this one was by far the best of all three and the best value for the money. When we arrived they had given us a smoking room although we had specified during booking that we wanted non smoking. As soon as the lady that took our luggage to our room saw me coughing and […] sneezing said she would take care of it. We waited in their nice lounge (with free coffee and tea) and then were ushered to our room. The room was small, but it was not crowded. The bathroom had all the amenities one would need. Even for Japan standards, the room was very small with very little working space. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. Having a small, but usable dresser for clothes is great for extended stays.

Staff's english proficiency is below average for a hotel that has guests from all over the world. Food is below average, and you have to pay for it. None of the meals is included, where most hotels haven at least one meal included. No WIFI. They have an ethernet cable that you need to connect.

When we got to the entrance of the Celestine my husband commented that we must have the wrong place because it looked too nice. I assured him it was the correct address and that we weren't going to go bankrupt because of it. The Celestine was a great starting point every day no matter where we were headed. 10 minute walk to the Hinode Pier to catch […] the $4 waterbus to Odaiba; 5 minute walk to Tamachi station to catch the JR line direct to Shibuya 109, Ebisu beer museum or Akihabara; 10 minute walks to Tokyo Tower (which has very affordable food and great souvenir shops) and Zojoji temple; and within walking distance to Tsukiji Market and Ginza shopping district. The Celestine Lounge was a great place to relax at night with complimentary wifi and specialty coffees/tea. Room was small, but this is compared to the North American hotels that we are used to. Easy access to hotel via subway. Clean and well maintained room. Very quiet. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast was good - offered American style as well as Japanese fair. Staff very helpful, and mulilingual.

We found the hotel a really pleasant place to stay. Getting to and from the airport was easy too, with the airport limousine bus service available to take you directly to Narita airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and we were provided with vouchers for breakfast each morning for 1500 Y which was much appreciated. The only downside to this hotel […] were; they didn't understand my request for no feathers in the room (I'm allergic to them). It's position in Tokyo, although set back away from some of the key attractions, was close to many Train stations, so with a bit of planning on how to navigate the Tokyo underground, you'll be able to get around Tokyo quite nicely. My partner and I stayed here for a few days in mid-September 2012 while we were moving out of our Tokyo home. Overall I would class this as somewhere in between a business hotel and a 'proper' hotel. 14階にラウンジがあり、お茶をいただきながらゆっくりできます。親戚と複数の部屋にわかれての宿泊だったので、このような場所がありゆっくり話ができてよかったです。 部屋はきれいで、アメニティも十分で、クレンジングと化粧水、乳液セットもあり、ガウン（寝衣）もあり、なにも持たずに泊まれる感じです。

ホテル自体には満足しています！ ただ、立地条件により、夜景がイマイチかなと思いました。 また、部屋もひとつひとつ、もう少し大きいといいなと思いました。 またラウンジもとても良かったのですが、ドリンクがホットだけだったので、 出来ればアイスのドリンクも飲めるといいなと思いました。 次回は朝食ビュッフェを食べたいです！ ロビーのケーキが最高に美味しかったので、きっと朝食も美味しいはず！

das Celestine Hotel ist optimal gelegen, mitten in Tokyo. von der bahnstation ist es zufuss innerhalb von 5min zu erreichen. auf den weg finden sich 2 kleine märkte sowie einige kleine restaurants/sushibars. das hotel ist leicht zu finden und elegant schön. die empfangsdamen und herren sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. das zimmer war ein traum. wir waren […] im 15 stockwerk und hatten eine traumhafte übersicht von tokyo, sogar mit blick auf den Fuji!!!!!! alles wichtige (und mehr) vorhanden und von sehr guter qualität. der Tokyo Tower war in 15min zufuss zu erreichen wo auf den weg auch eine tempel anlage anzutreffen ist. alles in einem können wir dieses hotel nur weiter empfehlen und werden in diesem bestimmt in paar jahren wieder einchecken.
