We had the "two bedroom condo" and it was more than spacious. The apartment was equipped with a mini-kitchen and two single sofa beds in the living room, as well as a full dining room table and sofa chair. It's perfect for family stays. The staff and service were also exemplary.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Though not on the beach (there are no real beaches in La Rochelle), the hotel faces the harbor, giving you a scenic, peaceful, view from your window (get a room with a balcony -- even better). The hotel reception personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask for a map of the area and suggestions for parking in town. There are really no eating options close to the hotel (no coffee maker in the room either), but town is a short drive away. Parking is on premises and wi-fi is accessible in your room.

The good Walking distance form the old town Nice size room Clean nice towels and linen Good size room Nice modern TV 2 News English channels Air Con Good reading light The bad Poor amenities No refrigerator The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The European style covers were very heavy for this time of year. There are all one piece so you can’t take just the sheet. Too hot with the cover and too cold without it made for a very uncomfortable night. Even though this was the most expensive hotel so far, breakfast was not included and at 12 Euros a person very high for what they served. Parking is also an extra 8 Euros

We arrived at 9 pm and were able to change our room booking from one to two rooms without a problem. A delicious hot meal was served as soon as we were ready, with wine and beer, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

L'accueil est sympathique. Cet hôtel est bien situé par rapport aux voies de communication. La route est directe vers Rochefort centre et cela prend entre 5 à 10 minutes en voiture.Par contre comme souvent dans ce cas, l'environnement proche de cet hôtel est un peu ingrat. C'est un Hôtel Campanile classique bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur, […] un peu moins de chambre à chambre.Par ailleurs la porte de ma chambre était assez dure à ouvrir probalement en raison du vieilissement des huisseries. Nous faisions une escale d'une nuit, et avons eu une chambre non seulement sale ( projections sur les murs, moisissure dans la salle de bain, saletés collées au mur près du lit), mais aussi mal entretenu (pomme de douche ne tient pas dans le support mural, beaucoup de moisissure au plafond, papier pain décollé...).Les chambres sont aussi très mal isolées […] (on entend beaucoup le passage devant la chambre), et bruyantes (on entend le bruit de la chambre au dessus notamment chasse d'eau et douche...). Nous sommes très déçus par cette prestation compte tenu du tarif de l'hôtel qui n'était pas bas de gamme. Read more

Dans une zone industrielle, éloigné de tout, obligé de prendre la voiture pour quoi que ce soit. Pas de chauffage possible alors que le temps était à la pluie et que la température était très basse...Un restaurant où le personnel était préssé de vous voir partir, une cuisine sans goût

hotel vieillissant, bruyant. La salle de bain etait plutot mediocre au niveau propreté, la barre de douche cassée, le plafond plein de moisissures, la cuvette des wc n avait pas était nettoyée il y avait des petites taches d urine sur l abattant. Nous sommes tres deçu; Le seul bon point le lit tres confortable.

Hotel trés calme et propre, seul bémol, aprés 3 nuits à devoir se faire ouvrir la chmbre avec le passe, nous avons enfin eu une serrure neuve et enfin entrer qd on voulait dans la chambre sans avoir a passer par la réception. très déçu pour un 2*. Wc dans la salle de bain pas top et vraiment strict minimum pour la chambre le 3éme lit (pliant,peu mieux faire.) Par contre matelas très confortable dans les lits en 90. On préfère quand même un hotel qui n'a pas d étoile et qui est bien connu car aussi bien et beaucoup moins cher.(lit enfant au dessus )
