Traveling with two little kids (5 & 1), we had the junior suite. It was very clean and spacious (paris hotels are notorious for small rooms). Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is great with the RER and metro right outside doorsteps. Starbucks just outside, two malls within blocks and a good shopping area while most major sites are within 30 minute walking. Reccomend.

The room was a little small but had twin beds, desk, chair, closet, and luggage stand. The windows opened and there was a fan available in the room if needed. Good cafes in the neighborhood. Metro station very close. We would use this hotel again.

This was our second stay at Hotel de Vendome and it topped the excellent experience that we enjoyed in November 2010. We were upgraded to a corner deluxe suite for an anniversary trip and welcomed with red rose petals in the room. Every detail of the hotel is first class with a very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast in the room every morning was a luxury followed by a walk in the Tuileries just a block from the hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate elegant boutique Parisian hotel, then you'll find it here. We'll be coming back to this one again. Bon voyage.

Good service and a decent area, very convinent location with a market of all food and goods! 2 mins walk from metro! Just a little far from center paris! Good service and polite reception!

"rugby made hotel bearable"
Went to colombes for a rugby game,location was good for stadium,area was pretty good with a few cafe bars come bistros to dine out.Hotel was pretty decent looking from the outside ,i was pretty disappointed with the service,after 5pm only one member of staff visable she was receptionist/barperson/chef.hotel was pretty busy with rugby fans.my room was […] poor,wet carpet in bathroom,shower hanging off wall,toilet loose where i think water was coming from.so disapointed with that area.bed was big and comfortable with decent tv.railway stn is 5 mins walk with trains very reg into st lazare. "Great value, stay here if you have a vehicle"
We stayed for 2 nights here, at first when you arrive, you'll see that the the exterior of the hotel looked tired, but when we found our room, we were pleasantly surprised as it was modern, new and very clean, superb! Room was equipped with kettle to make tea/coffee (extra point from me!), bathroom was nice and new, bed was very comfy with clean crisp […] sheets. For the price that we paid, this was seriously outstanding value. In the lobby there is a computer to browse internet (must admit it felt like dial-up speed but hey, it's free and enough to quickly send a couple of e-mails). Staff at reception was pleasant. Carpark was secure as there is a gate and security cameras, great if you're like my husband and worry about his precious motorbike! We didn't have any meals here so can't comment on quality of food. Drive to central Paris about 20 min, can't comment on public transport unfortunately. We will definitely stay again! Read more

Chambre très agréable sauf les cheveux sur les draps et matelas. Par contre, hôtel difficile à trouver donc prendre carte ou gps. De plus, le service n'est pas à la hauteur : pas de poste internet, rien à boire ni à manger le soir où j'y étais car resto privatisé (même pas un distributeur), la femme de ménage qui entre dans la chambre à 9 heures du […] matin, des dames à l'accueil incapables de vous expliquer où se trouve le train en direction de Paris. "Très bonnes prestations"
Je recommande cet hôtel pour sa propreté,son personnel agréable et surtout pour le calme,malgré la présence de l'A86 qui est juste à coté.Le petit plus la présence dans la chambre du nécessaire pour se faire du café,du thé etc,une bouilloire est à disposition ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes,les claquettes pour la douche,les savons,le shampoing […] et la salle de bain individuelle avec baignoire est vraiment très propre.
