Excellent
My mom and I stayed for 5 nights. Room is spacious and comfortable. Every hotel staff was very helpful. Ms Chin found out it was my mom's birthday and a cake was brought up to the room. The best buffet breakfast. Thank you.

Suitable for couples
The grand premier suite was superb! Nicely decorated and clean. The only thing which was not so up to our expectation was the breakfast. Not much choice and not very tasty.

Not What I Expected
We were making a one night stay over and been wanting to try out this hotel. The location of this hotel was 20 minutes from the city center of Georgetown. I would say it was somewhat isolated and was really set up for people who want to arrive to their hotel and not leave. We had requested a king bed and were given twin beds. They fixed this quickly by joining the beds. The lights in the room were not user friendly. In fact the two bed side lamps could not be turned off. Unfortunately it was 11:30 PM when we were about to turn in when we realized this so calling maintenance was just not going to take place. We had uninvited guest (ants) in the bathroom sink when we woke up which we just washed away. The walkways/corridors to all the rooms were outdoors exposed to the humid climate. No problem when you are in shorts and going to the beach, but when dressed up it can become uncomfortable. The breakfast was very good with an assortment of foods and fruits. The lights and twin beds we believe were just bad luck but the location and the hotel layout just did not work for us.
