This hotel has great amenities and good service, the only thing I am puzzled is about the access to the only entrance, it is inconvenient, confusing and frustrating if there is more than one customer trying to load or unload luggage.

Nos hospedamos para la boda de un amigo. El hotel en sí es cómodo, con buena ubicación, falta gente para atender pero en general bien. El extra es la entrada al Centro Deportivo otra cosa fabuloso tiene todo para pasártela súper. Sobre pasa las expectativas y por eso lo recomiendo ampliamente y claro q volvería a ir sin pensarlo. Hice la reservación a través de Expedia y el hotel decia no haberla recibido, por tanto me abrieron un bourcher por $1800 pesos mientras según ellos recibieran lo que yo al hacer la reservaión ya había pagado. Mi reservación estaba hecha para la noche del día domingo y al no ser día habil para sus oficinas de reservaciones pues no me podían resolver. […] Realmente el recepcionista en turno no fué muy capáz. Expedia inmediatamente le mandó a la recepción un fax o mail confirmando el pago de ésta reservación. Très bien : accueil, petit déjeuner,personnels, propreté, qualité de la literie. Décevant : salle de bains peu éclairée, lavabo ne fermant pas, mobilier fort usagé. Regret : ne pas pouvoir se rendre dans le parc sportif ( la Louma ) sans demander un coupon d'entrée à l'hôtel, trop restrictif.

el peor hotel en el que he estado tomando en cuenta sus tarifas tan elevadas,,,totalmente sobrevaluado y una pena para el turismo en san luis potosi, espero tomen medidas para mejorar este pesimo servicio!

El servicio, limpieza, y profesionalismo del personal es excelente, como siempre en cualquier Camino Real, lamentablemente el menu del restaurante deja mucho que desear. Ni siquiera tiene la comida tipica del lugar

on doit paye internet tres cher 125 pesso par jour il donne 2 bouteille d eau a notre arriver et ensuite on doit paye 2 sachet de cafe pour la semaine et apres on doit paye pas tres fort
