Enjoyed the stay, a little pricey but worth it. Amenities are nice and relatively modern.

though away from the centre of the city by 15-20 mins walk but it is nice to walk that distance. also it is 15 mins from train station by walk and 3-5 mins by car. excellent staff and building. in the end what you can add about the shearton it self.

Staff was exceptionally courteous,avaialble and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and modern, especiallythe bath. Breakfast was excellent. An easy walk to alll historical/cultural sites and rooms were sufficiently quiet. Only negative feature was children monopolizing lobby computers to play games.

Very nice accomodations. About one half mile from the central area of activity but local prices around the hotel tend to be much cheaper than right in the heart. the walk to where the sites are is pleasant and safe.

From the moment entering until the car service picked me up, the stay was hassle free. Decent buffet breakfast, rooms clean and they even had some English speaking TV channels. Only complaint is the EXCESSIVE fee for wireless internet!

Enjoyed my stay at this fabulous hotel but had some issues on checkout and I found that the staff struggled to deal with in a very prompt manner. However they did get us a taxi to our train due to the delay as otherwise we would have missed our train. The hotel is a typical Sheraton. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Cost of WiFi amongst the highest I have seen anywhere in the world. However, the hotel operates a small fleet of Mercedes limos that are cheaper than taxis. The drivers speak English and are very knowledgeable about Prague.

Overall, very impressed with this hotel. I did not spot it at the time of booking, but I selected a club room and with this came access to the club lounge that also provided a light dinner and drinks. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and modern. I heard no noise from the main road during the night […] and the heavy curtains kept light out, allowing me to sleep in in the morning. One minor niggle; the fitness room was over-hot and the air-conditioning in the fitness room was not too effective. This is a comfortable hotel in a reasonably convenient location in central Prague. It's located in the new town although it is just on the verge of the old town. Zitna is a busy noisy street although the rooms facing the street are well sound proofed. The surrounding area is slightly seedy and a taxi would be advisable after dark. OK, nothing else. It is a good hotel, but nothing special. I had other experiences in Prague that were memorable, this was not one of them. The internet in the room is charged, which does not make sense anymore. The concierge service was quite OK, no efforts to really make our stay nicer.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sehr sauber. Das Personal war stets freundlich und half uns auch bei Seightseeing Fragen. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuss, was nicht weiter schlimm war. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock zur Hauptstrasse hinaus.
