The price was very good for quality of the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location of the hotel is right off I-15 and is close to many places to eat as well as some light shopping. The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. This was a nice friendly clean hotel. Great access from the highway. The room was nice & big. Beds very comfy & plenty of pillows. We also used the hot tub which was much needed after traveling through Death Valley. The pool was also very nice. BREAKFAST was awesome. they had waffles & eggs. toast, cereal, ect. Check-in: Had to wait for the maid to clean the room, as we had asked for early arrival with a specific time. TV in the suite sofa room was too small to view easily from the sofa. We expected a handicap (roll-in) shower, not a step-into tub. Lighting in the rooms was somewhat dim. Upon check-out, we were greatly disturbed to be asked for a credit card […] for any additional charges or fees. Our room had been pre-paid. Front dest personel was aweful and did not process my requests. The elevator was broken and I checked in with a second floor room and when I went back to get my keys later that day, front desk gave me third floor.

The hotel was clean, good deal for room we were in. Beds were pretty comfortable. I do think service could be improved. When we arrived to check in, no one was at the front desk. We waited for several minutes, until a young woman finally came. She didn't apologize for making us wait, and she wasn't friendly. I had a child and an infant, and she didn't […] offer us a room on the first floor. She also told us wrong directions to get to the elevator. Other than this young lady, other staff members were polite and courteous. Also, I would extend the breakfast hours, several people were hurrying to get breakfast before they closer it at 8:30. The pool was cold and the hot tub was broken. Not their fault but a disappointment because we booked it for the pool/ hot tub part. We had a queen queen suite and there was not a door from the room to the sitting room to help block the mother-in-laws snoring.

I travel frequently for business and pleasure. This was a trip to pick up a new puppy. (He didn't stay there, got him the next morning and headed home.) The room was clean and comfortable. I tend to be very critical and had no complaints. The room and stay were as I expected it, uneventful (a good thing.)

We had a wedding to attend and this hotel was in a good location for our event. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance and easy freeway access. The rooms were large and comfortable. Hotel staff friendly. If I were ever traveling to this area again, I would stay here. It was a great value.

The hotel was well-kept, the front desk staff and cleaning crew were all friendly and helpful. Had a little sink problem so I put something as a stopgap. They saw it and fixed it. I like the apples and cookies in the lobby. The space was good and conducive to getting work done.

This hotel is good for a night say while I was getting some work done. Room they suck me with was a handicapped room and it looked like meany a wheelchair had travailed on the carpet at places. Other than that, I had no problems with the room.

Nice place,,,but pillows are way to soft. My toilet didn't flush well, had to flush several times for the business to get down..and w after saver shower sucks.. Plus everyone. At the free breakfast had no shoes on. Gross. What's up with that? Guess people have no manners anymore. But overall no problems. Would stay. Again.

Since I'd never stayed in Hesperia before, I was glad to find this comfortable and clean hotel. The room rate included fresh apples in a bowl for an after-dinner snack and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality […] of the buffet-style breakfast. It surpassed what I would expect to see in more expensive lodging and included scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle iron to make your own fresh waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, juices, yogurts, hot and cold cereals, and milk. However, our room had a piece of carpet missing in the room between the sitting area and bedroom area, and the shower had multiple areas where the trim work was broken and glued back together, very unattractive not to mention the opportunity for germs to collect. My husband and I stayed here for five nights while visiting family and friends in the area. The staff was courteous , the hotel was immaculate, and the morning breakfast was great! Our room was spacious with ample area for my husband to set his laptop and do some work. Location is close to many restaraunts and shopping.

This was our second stay at the Springhill Suites. The hotel is clean and near retaurants and freeway access. the couch was very uncomfortable and the overall livingroom space was oddly layed out. The TV was a 15" LCD mounted on the wall above the dining table/desk. It's location made watching a strain on the neck.
