The morning front desk employee/manager provided the best customer service I've came across in a long time! I travel a lot since I am currently looking to relocate and she met all of my needs to the best of her ability!! I enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking again very soon!

My guys have been working and staying in various Laurel area hotels for years. This was their first time at the ESA. There's nowhere to eat dinner and have drinks nearby, which they consider their #1 perk. Second best is coffee, and they were glad for the Dunkin Donuts next door. The hotel was sufficient, not a lot of amenities. But it is nicely situated between Baltimore and Washington DC. If you have business in both places, or traveling with family and would like to visit both places, this is a very good location.

Paula was wonderful on check in. Made me feel right at home. Switched me into smoking room very quickly and deliveried razor and hair dryer to room upon request. I will come again if in neighborhood. Great prize for full kitchen hotel. Internet/wifi a plus. Thanks

The stay was ok and better than the 1 over in Landover, MD but the problem is the bed were hard adn not confortable so i recommend to make your company better look into other hotel that are better

no staff after 11 pm so call for lqte check in no staff at check if your leaving early. Room satisfactory bed a litlle hard . wireless slow but you can pay for higher speed (bummer), for the price i paid acceptable

I would never stay here again. I don't know how anyone could have an "extended" stay in this hotel. No hair dryer in the room. No shampoo in the room. It was more like a budget motel. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

As a part time freelance photographer/journalist my biggest concern is staying within my budget for my overnight weekends away. I get the least expensive room within reasonable driving distance of the venue. Most times I have been satisfied with the level of service and the room quality. However this time 'I got what I paid for'. The check in was a […] reasonable experience with the clerk professional but not chatty. Note they charge $5 extra for internet access. My room was first floor 'non smoking'. I guess they don't have dedicated non-smoking rooms because it had the distinct odor of cigarette inside. The shower was old, towels thin and no shampoo in the bathroom. The area was mostly industrial with the exception of the all night liquor store just down the hill. For entertainment I got to watch people come out sipping brown bags. The worst came from the guy next door who balsted his tv all night. The walls are like paper I could hear him pass gas in the room next door. Horrible place , terrible experince. I will never stay there again. Read more

Not a business class hotel. Charges extra for WiFi. Absolutely no frills. Not a particularly clean room or a comfortable stay. Bed were hard and cheap, 3 cheap small lumpy pillows for a king sized bed. Some rather dubious characters sharing the hall ways. There are other hotels in this price range - I would stay elsewhere the next time.

The room was not ready when I arrived and the next room they gave to me had not yet been cleaned. Finally the last room was just right. Other than the room drama this was not a bad hotel.

I had plans to take my wife to the inner harbor so I wanted something nice where we could cookk and I like extended stays I thought I try this one the cost was great and the location was ok .There was somethings that could use attention in room like the fixtures was out dated but again you get what you pay for
