hotel was nice. Hallways are noisy and stink like cigars because of being connected to a casino but it was a good stay. The fitness room is A+

I was okay until it was time to go to sleep for the night and I found a small pair f dirty underwear in the sheets. I di tell the front desk but nothing was done.

It was loud all night and the hotel still hasn't credited the $50 deposit they took off my debit card "for incidentals" back that was supposed to only take up to 7 business days. It's been two weeks now and anytime I try and talk to someone about it I get no where. Awful custoner service. All not stay again.

Every one who worked there was friendly and helpful. We found our room to be clean and quite spacious. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay. We're already planning on staying there again when we make the drive back.

We were there for the casino experience. We hit a lucky streak so very much enjoyed the casino. The buffet was very tasty and reasonably priced. We opted for no housekeeping and were rewarded with a food coupon. We were there for only two nights and this was a very reasonable exchange.

We have stayed at Harrah's KCMO previously with good results. this trip, however, the room was fairly clean with the exception of 2 blue velvet chairs which had white lint all over them; when floors above us showered or used the sink water would bubble up from the trap in our sink.

I stayed here and loved it! it was easy to check in and out. they were super nice and quick with check in. I stayed here so we could go to aiport in the morning and even though it's not super close it was easy to get to and a much nicer more luxurions accommodations than anything in this price range around the airport. the rooms were beautiful and way more than I expected. we ate at the sports bar and had great service and great food! I have nothing bad to say about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and relaxing, I would stay there again, and would recommend this hotel to others.

We love to road trip for long weekends, but are always budget conscious. The Park Row was perfect for us. Very clean, reasonably priced, convenient location, easy parking. This is an older building, with rustic decor. coffee and donuts in the lobby after 7:00 am.

Just stayed one night on our way to Minnesota. Staff at front desk were exhausted from a busy day as they told us so. They were nice but very unhelpful I suppose from being tired. They were not able to get us the type of room reserved because they were full and said sorry. We made due anyway. The room was clean and comfy. Casino was also fun. Would stay here again, but just know the neighborhood and drive from interstate is really sketchy.

I had a wonderful stay at Harrah's. The check in people and the manager were great and answered all my questions. The hotel was quiet and sleep was not interrupted. The valet service was not as friendly.

Stayed in Rm#300 AC tower. Shower head was 35-50% clogged, making a much needed, relaxing shower more of a quick, needle-like, uncomfortable spray and dash! Water pressure fluctuated constantly. Found a previous guests pair of underwear hanging on bathroom door!! Black unders on white door shouldn't be missed when cleaning rm for next guest! Front desk was friendly and helpful, and can't say I've encountered more friendly and courteous casino employees anywhere. Bathroom issue is unacceptable...makes me reluctant to book here again.

The bed was broken down more than one would have liked, but still was mire comfortable than most. For the most part the room was clean, except the shower floor looked as if it needed more scrubbing. There wereno toiletries in the room, and I had forgotten mine so that wad inconvienant. The hotel pantry and vending machine prices were astronomical. The only place to get something to eat was the buffet and the food was terrible. Still, the customer service and overall experience made the overnight enjoyable.

On our recent road trip around the MidWest, KC was one of our overnight stops. We chose Harrah's since we are familiar with their properties. Nice hotel, comfortable, clean lobby and rooms, comfy beds! The front desk person who serviced us could be little more friendlier, the rest of the staff were great, hence a 3 rating. Location was little outside of town, in an industrial type area. A variety of restaurants on site, with an excellent steak house.

Great hotel - wonderful room; especially the bathroom (tub, toilet, & shower all separate. I think the hotel could use freshening - lots of scratches that look like they haven't been repaired in a while. Buffet ($14) was expansive but not particularly fresh. Service was nice - friendly folks...maids leave personal notes...all good. Room spacious.

There really needs to be more to do than just gamble for fun.Its nice for few hours but quickly get board.The service was best ever 5 stars..Food was not the greatest price was fair.Will stay again but not our top choice.but because the people were awesome

Everywhere we went in this hotel there was something broke down not working. Restaurant staff was rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Couldn't order over half of the items on the menu at the grill next to the casino. Couldn't order what we wanted in the morning at the coffee shop because the latte machine was broken. Couldn't check in before 4 pm even though check out is at 11 a.m. and we showed up at noon and waited until 3. Ended up taking all of our luggage to the Chiefs game with us and changing clothes in the restrooms in the lobby. You would think they would try to work with you if you've got 3 rooms reserved at least try to allow us to get into 1 of them so we could change clothes. You can bet that we won't be staying here anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize that you were not able to check in immediately upon arrival. We need to give our housekeeping staff ample time to get rooms cleaned for our next round of guests, that's why check in is not until 4pm.
