This is the third time I have stayed at the Royal Scot in the past. year. Found it to be an ideal place to stay and the convenience to all amenities very handy. On my next visit to Victoria I will definitely stay here.

"Great Stay"
The room was very nice the bed was comfortable and the whole place was beautiful. The staff in very friendly and breakfast was great with a 4 star service. We would be more than happy to return here in the future.
"Victoria, BC, Beacon B&B Highly Recommended"
A lot of thought and effort keeps this well designed, immaculate, and centrally located lodging at a level of comfort and support that exceeds any I can remember in decades of worldwide travel. And it is in the minutes from the international transportation hub – air and ferry ports – connecting Victoria with Vancouver, BC, as well as with Seattle and […] the Olympic Peninsula. Read more
"Beacon Inn"
A really nice place. Perfectly located if you need to be near Victoria airport, but doesn't feel in the least like an airport hotel. The little town of Sydney seems very cute, but shuts down early so we didn't get to enjoy it since we arrived late and had an early flight the next morning. Reserve without reservaiton.
"Delightful Beacon Inn"
Beacon Inn was a most delightful place to wrap up a 10 day BC vacation! The staff and accommodations were wonderful. We wanted a location near the Victoria airport so we could make an early flight the next morning and this establishment fit the bill. Its location is situated not too far off the main thoroughfares. It is also close to a charming downtown […] area and the bay where we took an evening stroll after dinner. The Inn offered a relaxing Victorian atmosphere. Our rooms were designed for comfort and style. For dinner we wanted to go local instead of touristy so our host recommended Fish on Fifth. It was an excellent choice! When we returned our bed covers had been turned back and the shades closed. The room felt cozy and inviting. Since we needed to leave early the following morning, the staff made note and packed breakfast for us to take along. We would have liked to stay there, though, since the dining area had been set and looked much more relaxed than a breakfast on the go. I would very much recommend Beacon Inn! Plan on staying more than one night if you can since Sidney is a wonderful surprise of a town. It reminds me of how Victoria used to be in earlier days. Read more
"BEAUTY, SERENITY, LUXURY"
I will measure all my future hotels by this standard. I've stayed in hotels all across the USA and this one is equal and better to any of them. For the price it hits the TOP of my list. The rich colors and tapestries, the architectual features, jetted tub plus a glass enclosed shower and gas fireplace with wingback chairs and vanity would be enough, […] but they top that with a full breakfast. With cookies, coffee and fruit available anytime, and more (but I don't want to spoil the surprise!) I will stay here again and again! Highly recommend! Read more
"Great B & B"
We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the ferry and close to downtown Sidney. Also convenient to take the bus to Buchart Gardens. The breakfast was hot and good. Very clean. N ice place.
"Great place to stay"
We stayed one night and were very pleased. The location from the Anacortes Ferry dock was excellent. Easy walk. 1/2 block from downtown Sidney, and an easy walk to the bus to Buchart Gardens. The breakfast was very tastey. We highly recommend the Beacon Inn.
"Beacon Inn at Sidney B&B"
Very well maintained property. Perfect for an elegant and intimate weekend. Fantastic breakfast. Parking behind the hotel. If you travel heavy... good luck with carrying your luggage up staris (no elevator).
"Fantastic"
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms and staff were fantastic!
