The hotel looked a little cheap from the outside but was really nice. Check in was quick and pleasant. the room was much larger than I expected. Everything was in good shape and in working order. Flat screen TV, Fridge, and a couch. The bed was very comfortable, the bedding was nice. Breakfast was great. Overall enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed in the IAH and Humble area for about 6 months worth of nights over the last year which means a lot of different hotels. This Comfort Suites is in Kingwood that is about 8-10 miles from the IAH airport. Nice room with nice size in a descent neighborhood. Only complaint was the smell in the lobby and elevators.

Accomodations were okay, The bed was not particularly comfortable but other amenities were present such as a business room to access a computer with a printer. During our 5 day stay, the breakfast menu did not change and the person running the kitchen did not seem to like her job. Great place, great staff, great room for the price. The value for the room is apparent. Very clean and new looking. The Texas shape waffle maker along with your choice of regular and blueberry batter was over the top! Definitely worth staying again in this area.

The room was a good size. Our room had 2 double beds, a pull out couch, and a mini kitchen area. The comforters did not seem like they were changed between guests, there were small stains and pen marks on it when we first arrived. Free breakfast was ok but nothing very healthy. Pastries, mini muffins, toast, bagels, fake eggs, sausage, biscuits and […] gravy, grits. Make sure you tell the clerk at check in and at check out that you used expedia. We told them at check in and then when we checked out they charged the full amount of our stay to the card we gave them for incidentals. The outside appearance is outstanding then when my family and I walked in we were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. The lobby looked very upscale and well maintained and the room did as well. They served warm cookies in the evening and a fresh hot breakfast in the morning with a nice helpful cook. great rate made up for the kingwood location miles from houston. very well maintained rooms. no mildew or odors. building is 45 degrees to US59 and backside is a quieter than front. Traffic noise disappears with windows and drapes closed and completely covered by the hum of the below window AC-heat pumps. AC noise not objectionable and temperature well […] controlled.
