"Relaxing place to chill out"
We only stayed one night but would like to have stayed longer. Bedroom was very spacious. Bathrobes and slippers and toiletries all supplied. Also sachets of Green Tea. We spent about twenty minutes in the external Jacuzzi just before sunset which was relaxing and enjoyable. We booked a table for 20.00hrs for the evening buffet dinner and were looking […] forward to a long and lazy meal. Unfortunately we hadn't realised that everything is cleared away at 21.00hrs so it all ended in a rush. Food was good and you have the option of paying 700 yen extra to drink as much beer, wine and sake as you wish. Non alcoholic and beverages are included in dinner price. All good value. Free shuttle bus which runs on a timetable will take you to airport, Narita train station or Shopping Mall. There are restaurants, cafe and a karaoke bar a short walk down the hill from the Hotel. Hotel is a good quiet place for a stopover. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I was fairly jetlagged so the clean bed was a welcome sight. I'd misunderstood about internet access, so had to either pay by the minute in my room or go to one of two free computers, which were being used by others. The hotel restaurant served a varied and delicious breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"shuttle bus a big plus"
I would stay in this hotel again when I pass by Narita next time. The shuttle bus service is a big plus about this hotel. Overall, the staffs are helpful. Just like other reviews stated, the types of TV programs are poor. No internet service in the room unless you are willing to pay extra. The buffet dinner is a waste of money. The location is remote […] and boring. But the shuttle services make up for all the negative part of the hotel. We were able to go to the train station, to the shopping mall, and to the airport by the free shuttle services. I would return to the hotel if everything stay the same. "Convenient/cheap hotel airport"
Stopped there the night before our vacation so we'd be close to the airport. Overall the hotel was fairly clean, though I did notice the bathtub was dirty so we didn't want to take a bath in it. We did take a shower, however my companion chose to use her sandals in the shower/tub. The staff was extremely courteous and spoke fluent Japanese and English. The […] bed was comfortable enough (especially for Japan). Location is close to Naritasan park & Aeon Mall (though you will need a car to get to these). A small mini-mart is outside, and a free shuttle is provided to/from the Airport (however it is a shared hotel shuttle with two other hotels and is the furthest out, but the hotels are close together so shouldn't be an issue). Overall, I'd say this is a good hotel for a brief airport stay, but not sure I'd vacation to it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"near the airport"
For the price and convenience this hotel is fine. After paying less than this for 5-star hotels in other countries, it's certainly not anything to celebrate, but it was just a few minutes from Narita, there was a shuttle every hour, and we were able to leave our bags for the day (check in is not until 3) when we went into the city to sightsee. No coffee […] in the room, everything small and utilitarian, just a few tv channels (only one in English) - the rooms are meant to be a place to lay your head overnight on the way to somewhere else. The room was clean and warm - I had to downgrade the cleanliness score, though, because the cleaners missed something horrible that was on the side of the toilet. "International Garden Hotel, Narita"
We had a pleasant experience in this hotel. Having the free shuttle to Narita town and the airport was the reason we booked this hotel. This hotel was worth the price. Location is great, close to mini mart, free shuttle was a huge benefit to the training stations and mall. We needed a night close to Narita Airport with a shuttle. The rates were excellent, the staff were very helpful and spoke good English, and the shuttle was comfortable and on-time. "Good hotel overall"
Clean hotel and nice rooms, quick & convenient access to the temple nearby. Common laundry area, the gym was ok but could have used more and higher quality weight equipment. Free shuttle to the airport or train station. The only disappointment was the expensive daily rate for in-room wired internet otherwise you had to use the common internet terminals […] by the lobby. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly, with passable English. Convenient location, but it took a bus and a taxi (about $60-70 USD) to get there from airport. Room was small but comfortable. "A nice place to stay"
I stayed here because I had an early flight from Narita. My room was much larger compared to a typical hotel room in Japan. The hotel in general was nice and clean. But the room seemed somewhat out of date and needed a face lift. Overall, I thought it was a nice place to stay for the price I paid.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I received an excellent rate through Hotels.com, the room was plenty large enough, as well as the bathroom. It had a small refrigerator, nice dresser and closet space. Most of all, being over 6ft, the bed was big and long enough and very comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. Several airlines use this hotel as well. Although the desk clerks' […] English was not great, we were still able to communicate quite well and they were some of the most pleasant and kind people I have ever encountered. The neighborhood was not great, but they did have a convenience store within a short walking distance. Shuttles to the train station and airport ran very frequently and was only 10 minutes from train station, which I used every day for over a week. They have a great breakfast buffet and the lunch and dinners looked good as well, although I never had a chance to experience the latter two. The meals were a little pricey, but quite convenient. There is a small gift shop and the prices are a little high, but then, what hotel isn't. They also have internet service, currency exchange, laundry pick-up service as well as a laundry room. I had a little problem with the machines as the instructions were in Japanese. All in all, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. "Great hotel for price"
Clean, comfortable room with helpful staff. Good bus schedules from/to airport and town/mall. Took us 35 min to the hotel from the airport at about 5:30pm so not as long as some had complained. "Perfect for a quick stop"
If I had to summarize my opinion of this hotel, it would be "extremely funcional." While this hotel will not amaze you with all the five-star perks and amenities, it has everything to be a very practical stay: clean and comfortable room, adequate buffet breakfast and dinner (all you can eat and drink for a very reasonable price), practically equipped […] gym, laundry room, free shuttle to and from the airport as well as the closest train station, etc., as well as a convenience store next door when the hotel store doesn't meet your needs. Very reasonably priced and perfect for those who are on their way in from or out to the Narita airport, or for a business traveler making a relatively quick stop into Tokyo and doesn't want the hassle of lugging the bags into Tokyo. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and spoke English (although I am Japanese-speaking). Some fixtures were a bit outdated and free internet would have made it essentially unbeatable (it was about $12 USD so still within reason), but the next time I need a quick stop around Narita I will definitely consider staying there. "Too far from the airport - 50 minutes"
The hotel staff did not greet us and they speak very little english, very difficult to understand. "Great Overnight Stay"
The hotel is excellent priced for a short overnight stay on the way to Tokyo. The room is clean, and Japanese style robes/slippers and even plain toothbrushes are provided. The PRICEY breakfast buffet is great, especially the Japanese version. For people with budget in mind, there is a convenience store right in front of the hotel (microwave/hot water […] provided). A better choice is simply go out for a short walk. Within a 10-minute walk toward Narita city (north on the street in front, and then turn left when hit the main street), several restaurants are easily accessible, even a COCO Cafe, with price range of 700yen and up, certainly better priced than the hotel buffet. The location of the hotel is great. It is not like the regular airport hotels (in the middle of nowhere and noisy). And it is not too far from airport like those in Narita city. "American Traveler in Japan"
I selected this hotel because it boasted a western style room. It delivered exceptionally well The room was quite large in comparison to normal rooms in Tokyo. The bed was a queen size and very firm. The walls are stark but it added to the Asian feel of the room. The bathroom was also very comfortable with Western style fixtures. I also enjoyed the […] complimentary toiletries, especially the toothbrush. The room is equipped with a tiny fridge and a tea pot for water. No microwave! The hotel is far from everything but the free shuttles more than make up for it. The free shuttles go to Aeon Mall, Narita train station, and the Airport. A convenience store is directly in front of the hotel and is great for latenight munchies. I was not able to eat at the restaurant in the hotel but it seemed to draw a small crowd. "Good place for one night stay"
Room for 1 person was quite spacious. I suspect it would be more cramped if there were twin beds. Hotel is old as evidenced by the pink bathtub. Thermostat is out of calibration. I had to set 27C to get the room to warm up to about 22C. This is in December so not sure how well A/C works in the summer. There is a charge for in room wired internet. Wi-Fi […] lounge on the ground level is adequate for checking email and web surfing without viewing videos. It can get crowded. Restaurant has buffet breakfast and I had dinner at the discounted price for hotel guests. Italian themed items were bland and nondescript, but you won't have to go to bed hungry. I have paid a small fortune at another airport hotel for a meal that consisted of mouse sized helpings. Location is cloer to Narita city than other airport hotels and you can walk out to main road where ther is a diner called Royal Host. Didn't try it. Free bus runs once an hour to Narita station where you can take local bus to AEON Mall where more economical meals are available. Would stay again if I had to, but there are other hotels at a comparable price when you just need to stay overnight for a flight connection. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel - free shuttle - access to shrine"
This hotel is big and international class. Nice beds, bathroom, amenities. It is on the outskirts of Narita City, which is small. Everything excep the shuttles costs extra (TV,in room net access). Free wifi in a hot lounge on the main floor. People at the front desk speak English minimally. But, if you have a 1 day stop over at Narita, forget going […] into Tokyo, stay at this hotel with the free shuttles to the airport and Narita station (downtown Narita City) and walk to the shrine. Give yourself half a day of daylight to walk through the shrine which must be 10 acres. Lots of small shrines and larger buildings, as well as gardens and statues. Don't be put off by the hotel's hopeless map. Get off at the bus station downtown, go to your left, across the street, right up the hill to a hairpin turn between a brick wall and a railing. Cross over at the next light, go down the steep steps, across the little valley and up the steep steps on the other side. Turn right on the street (which has lots of tourist shops) and follow it, keeping right, to the shrine. Check the hotel's shuttle schedule. it is irregualr to the Narita station, but it will get you back comfortably. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
