The room was not clean. The sheets had stains when I called front desk to have someone to exchange the sheet, they said they don't do that, they are not a full service hotel. I was charge twice which was straighten out the next day. The inn need a complete remodeling. You can hear children running up and down the hallway.

Couch was broken but room was acceptably clean. Hotel is in bad part of town and my vehicle was broken into and all electronics were stolen. Parking lot looked ok and I was even parked under a light with security cameras visible from Truck. Front desk was not helpful in finding out what has happened. A full refund was given for stay but doesn't fully help with the over $ 1,200 lost.

It was great! Not sure why it keeps getting bad reviews, but we haven't had a problem at all the past two years! We got a huge room with couch, 2 tvs and king size bed! Everything was clean and front desk was awesome!!

This was my very first time to Atlanta and I must say I was sadly disappointed! The front staff attendants were rude and nonchalant when a problem arose that could have been easily resolved that same night...but with their careless attitude regarding the situation...it did not get resolved.

Check in took 30 minutes when no one was ahead of us. Once we got into the room there were Doritos chips sprinkled all over the floor, and when we called the front office they said housekeeping was gone for the day and there was nothing they could do. One of the more disgusting places I've been to in this world.

Because of the budget that i am on the prices did meet.....the neighborhood was okay and the cleanliness was good just a word of advice the hotel needs some attention the blinds in my room was bad also could not figure out how the shower worked.....i was cleaning the tub after use and along the shower wall around the rim was mildew and spiders.....also the housekeeper especially the older ones where very rude and not friendly but i can understand why they probably is not happy with their wages but through it all me and my family made it......i will use Castleberry again if i have too....

When I checked in the staff was friendly and the lobby was nice but that was the high point of the stay. when you sit on the end of the bed to take your shoes off and the bed does a "wheelie" and drops you on the floor its not a good start (im not a big guy ) the mattress was bigger than the bed frame. the sheets looked like they had been slept in multiple times and i guess they don't believe in fitted sheets. when I tried calling the front desk several different times there was no answer so sleeping on top of the covers it is! I wish I could include a picture of the pull out bed from the sofa, that was magical. the support netting that goes under the mattress (loose interpretation of "mattress") was completely torn away from the end of the frame. It had even ripped away from the zip ties (yes, zip ties) that they had attempted to use to fix the problem before. I'd have been mad if it wasn't so funny. and sheets for that pullout? again, not happening. i've slept in tents in the desert that were more comfortable than this place. what a joke. I may have just gotten a bad room though because it sounded like the woman on the other side of our paper thin wall was enjoying her stay...albeit very briefly! I would recommend the county lockup before this place.

Our room was never cleaned by housekeeping. We had to ask for a light bulb and toilet paper. When requesting toilet paper we were given plastic bags to change the garbage and told to toss the dirty towels in the hall. There was a bug in our bathtub.

Stayed for Valentine's wknd. Convenient to Downtown. Staff was wonderful about making us comfortable. However, our assigned room was an ice bucket. It took over 2 hrs to actually thaw. Other than that, relaxing.

Best part - pretty cheap. OK parts - location was good (literally right next to the Georgia Dome), free breakfast, and the room was pretty clean Bad parts - the service was not great (only had one person at the service desk most of the time), there is one elevator for a 4-story building, not a lot of extra amenities (gym was tiny, only one drink machine in the building), the bed was thin and lumpy, and the room was tiny and poorly ventilated and smelled pretty musty. I left a day early. Overall - I'd probably only stay here again if I had to

We got there and it was cold. You could hear the wind howl through the building. Our room was clean but the beds were very unusual. We were starved and the front desk told us about the restaurant next door. When we got there it was reservation only. The girl at the front desk gave us all the delivery menus. She tried to help. The shower was odd too. Someone had to come and show us how it worked. Not too bad.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean, and smelled very nice. The bed was in the shape of a bow. The bathroom doorknob was hanging off. The adjoing room door was practically open. The hotel is not as bad as the review said. It's a decent hotel matches the price u paid. The furniture is just out of date but still functioning. The location of the hotel is the best. It's very close to almost of all interest places in Atlanta. The only thing that is disappointing is the breakfast, don't get replenish often.

The hotel room looks nothing like the pics. The first room we had the tv was broke and hanging from the wall and the cabinet to the sink was broken as well. Being as though we couldn't get our money back the receptionist upgraded our room to a deluxe suite. It was bigger and a bit better but the patio door was broke and it was a struggle to get it open and close. It's downtown but not the good/fancy part. We passed alot of homeless people. It was close to the places we wanted to go but i would never stay there again.

THIS IS A DO NOT STAY HOTEL!! The outside looks nice the foyer looks nice and when you walk into a room it looks like your sleeping in an alley way of NYC on a floral mattress with no mattress pads. The room had no towels for the week and no hangers. The pull out couch had food and ripped plastic. This hotel is very seedy and I will never stay there again.

The rooms are worn and dirty, there was no shower curtain on the tub, coffee grounds left from another guest in the coffee pot, the bathroom door would not shut and the door handle and lock were loose , the mattress had a 8-12 inch depression in the middle. Saturday night there was a triple shooting two blocks away, sirens blasting. The Restaurant next door (75 feet away) was power washing the sidewalks at 11:00pm Sunday night. You could hear EVERY word spoken on the halls or rooms above and next door. The staff seemed unsure of procedures and often ignored guests as they passed by the front desk. I tired to send an email via the Castleberry Inn and Suites website and the email was returned. No wonder they only have two reviews! Even the elevator had damaged walls and the damage was old based on the dirt and dust. The pictures given to Expedia and on the Castleberry website look nothing like the room we had.

Have to fight the restaurant next door for parking or park across the road, found hair in one of the beds, sink and shower. No wifi. Hvac was extremely loud. Towels were stained. Turn on the tv and it was on a r rated movie and my 4 year old heard a string of vulgarity. Beds were awful. Can hear everything in surrounding rooms down to the foot steps. Wouldn't stay there again at any price.

Biggest disappointment was the front desk at time of check in. We arrived late and there was a mixup on the reservation and the woman at the front desk was no support. I had to call Hotel.com to correct everything and even once corrected she showed no energy to get us towels or exchange keys that didn't work
