TRADER VIC’S - Welcome to the world renowned Trader Vic's restaurant and enjoy a taste of legendary cuisine and signature cocktails in an exotic atmosphere. With the Polynesian style and décor the restaurant centres around its unique Chinese oven, dating back to the Han Dynasty. The oven, with it soaring temperatures, is essential to so many of the dishes offered at Trader Vic’s. A larger cocktail area leading in to the dining room will greet guests, with the familiar woodcarvings and aquariums playing a major role in creating just the right ambience. Friendly and roomy, the Mai Tai bar is an ideal place to sit and chat while sipping on one of the house specialty cocktails.
