    This place is Day's Inn at its best: 30(?) year-old building wonderfully maintained and upgraded, everything perfectly clean, good towels and amenities,... great beds, and typical - and perfectly adequate - 2-star breakfast (far better than many others). From upscale entry and suit/luggage carrier to the elevator - rare for 2-story buildings in this range - to staff all with eagerly accommodating attitudes, the place makes one feel comfortably welcome upon arrival, and to leave with a desire to return.     Comfortable, clean room within walking distance of the down town area of Sutter Creek. Easy drive to all of our (many) favorite wineries, golf and a number of great restaurants. If you get room in the back of the hotel, turn off the a/c, open the window and listen to the frogs all night long. Wonderfully peaceful!

    Hotel is out of town on the highway so you really can' walk anywhere. Out side of a couple fof benches out front there is nowhere outdoors to sit, but the lobby is spacious and well appointed.

    Excellent value for the thru the week price. Little pricey on Fri and Sat. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Beds are nearing time to replace as the mattresses were somewhat soft. My main complaint would be no guest laundry on site and nearest laundromat approx 3 miles away.

Location suited us fine-just a few short blocks to walk to the main area of town (down hill walk, so if you have mobility problems, you might prefer to drive the few blocks).     We had some issues with the original room, but they were very quick in accommodating us with a different room. We had the King Suite for three of us adults.     Everything was very good! The manager, Charlie went out of his way to accommodate us. We had our family reunion there and the facilities were great. There was a mix up on some of the rooms booked through Hotels.com, and Charlie was able to fix the problems. The Hotel was very clean and close to the downtown.

    Great hotel for the money, just wish they had a pool and a little more selection on the continental breakfast but at least they give you one. Would definitely stay there again if I ever came back to this area

    I liked the size of the room and that it had a refrigrater and a microwave and FREE PARKING!! Room was clean and there was no outside noise keeping you awake! I do wish they get better beds or turn them over more!

    We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable with refrig and microwave. Close to the town. The manager was very friendly and helpful. recommended a great restaurant at the nearby casino. We would certainly stay again.

    This is an older budget hotel so there are some signs of wear. Having said that, it was clean, in a great location for our needs, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, and recommend it for those who want to spend their vacation money on outings and adventures and save on the place to sleep at night.
