The hotel was OK but the restaurant was terrible cost of food was very high and not very good, they need to get a new Chef or some one that doesn't use so much spices and that ruins the taste of the food. I am a older person and will not stay there again. They cater to the younger crowd and the business people.

The biggest problem is since we used a third party to book the room, we did not get 2 double beds and the parking was not included in the price of the room. the hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

Great location to the airport. Great location for getting on the Blue Line. It does take at least 30-40 minutes on the Blue Line to get to downtown. Hotel staff was tremendous. Rooms are great. Pillows were terrible, we tried different ones, just as terrible.

What I liked most about this hotel was the 5 minute walk to the L that took you straight into Downtown. Second thing I liked most was the 24 hour shuttle to O'Hare every 30 minutes. Aside from these two conveniences, the hotel itself is okay. The furniture is starting to show its age, but room was comfy and relatively clean.

Easy to get to location. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby, great pool and hot tub, nice work out room. Our room was nice, but we reserved a room for 3 people. We got a suite with a hide a bed couch for our third person, with only a blanket and a pillow with no case for that bed. We called for bedding, and never received them. We finally took the sheet off the king size bed to use on the very uncomfortable hide a bed. We also only had 2 towels, even though they knew we had 3 people.

Nice room with lots of fine touches. Beautiful bathroom with aVeda products. Comfortable king size bed with a separate room with a pull out sofa. Great for kids. Right next to the airport, but well sealed so we never heard it. Not sure if that's due to the side of the hotel we were on. Parking was 24 per night, but we parked at the CTA park and ride for 6.

Staff was friendly, the male Chef at the breakfast resturant was awesome, very professional guy, I missed his name but he looks like a Hispanic gentleman, awesome guy and so are the waiteress also, the whole kitchen staff was a breath of fresh air, good job to those guys, even my kids had cool comments for them.

I booked this Hotel for my kids to attend the Chicago Comic-con Convention. I wanted a very nice Hotel where my Kids(4 of them, the oldest being 23) would be treated well and with professionalism, Well I was wrong. When they arrived for check in they were met with a rude front desk person. Now I can forgive a person with a bad night, but if that the case send them to someone else. The room was paid in full upon check in it wasn't like they were going to skip out on the bill. That is why I rated them Low on hotel service.

This was my first time in Chicago for a vacation , I figured the low price hotel at the last minute was a great idea. Well come to find out my Visa card was charged multiple times when I checked my statement 2 days later. I ate at the hotels bar/restaurant and they charged my card twice, also I was charged for parking when their was free parking outside I was not aware of and the host did not inform me of free parking. Overall the hotel is ok I would never stay there again and I have not hurd anything about getting my Visa card situation fixed.

One of my best hotel experiences yet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just a short stay for me since I was in town for a jiu-jitsu tournament but I would recommend it to anyone.

Hotel rates are excessive considering most "extras" are not included. There is an additional daily fee for WiFi, parking is additional, and there is no complementary anything. Upon arrival to our room there was no soap and even after calling the front desk to request it we had to make an additional call at 5 a.m. for soap and coffee.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the country! No, really. Wonderful rooms. Wonderful staff. I especially LOVE the front desk staff. With their uniforms and their good looks, they mimic the finest airplane crews, back when the airline crews were just impeccable. I always so enjoy even the check-in process. I own a business, so I really scrutinize and appreciate good service. These folks are A+++

The hotel is close to the airport and the blue line train. You can be in the centor of Chicago in 30 minutes or less. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

The hotel was fine the only problem was the train not running strait though over the weekend. IT make a half hour to 45 minutes run into a hour an half commute to wrigley.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but I thought with it being a suite there would be a separate living and sleeping area with a door not a half wall. The hotel's location was great. Close to amenities and the airport.

Not at all upto the mark. We can easily get better rooms for cheaper cost. $4 for a bottle of water!!! Got charged for 3 days parking when I stayed only for 2 days!! Luckily I noticed those charges in their bill. They make a business out of charging customers $12.95 per day for wireless internet when all the cheapest of the motel offer it for free. No microwave in the room as well!!! But wait... Best of all was getting charged for calling the room service!!! Wow!! Very poor hospitality!!!
