We passed by it 2 or 3 times, when our GPS said that we had arrived at our destination, we had no idea what it was talking about. The front desk people were a bit rough!! it was very disappointing, no security lock on my room door, no available parking and no microwave in room and the continental breakfast consisted of 1 bluberry muffin and coffee. Slim pickins, i dont recomment this to anyone. I had to put a chair behind my hotel door so I can at least hear if someone is trying to enter on me.

It was a very pleasant time but didn't appreciate the smoking at every corner. secondly there was this one guy that jump into the pool naked, with no swimming pants on, this i think is a public please, so the guest should be reminded of this fact.

They call themselves "Backpacker paradise." This place would be perfect for an international tourist with a low budget. This hotel/motel is in a bad neighborhood, but is surrounded by fence. Inside the fence you have the motel, parking, bar, restaurant (American food), small pool, table and video games, pool tables, and even rental car company that […] rents cars to internationals and even for cash. They have shuttle buses, free breakfast (coffee, tea, muffin) and dinner (finger food). You get a glass of champagne for everyday of stay. The room was clean and large. I got their "renovated" room: all white, new bed, TV with some channels. I did not go to LA to watch TV and stay for too long in my room. The only bad thing about my room was the distance to the outdoor bar. They play loud music until late time. So, if you care about noise, ask for a room farther from the pool. there was a lot of dust around the hotel, such as on video game machines and in the restaurant. I almost tripped on plants that were over growing onto the steps to my hotel room, much of the steps had overgrowth that was covering the steps to the rooms, seemed like mexico when it was la. The hotel is nice, but the two girls that are in the desk need to learn more about costumer services. Internet connection was coming and going all the times and you have to look for a better place to find a good signal. The restaurant inside the hotel is very convenient due the hotel is located in a not very good neighborhood. (safe)

Good van service to and from the airport. Recommend leaving 1 hour earlier then you need to be leaving so you are on time and no stress. Rooms were older but clean. Excellent value for the price. Thankyou

If only the customer service was nice we would've thought twice before checking out same day instead of paying for an overnight stay. There was an Asian lady in the front desk that probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She did not greet us like she wanted our service. Thinking twice about checking in again I dislike her!

After the first night we left for our meeting and when we came back they had checked us out and put our luggage unattended in the lobby, after alot of hassle we got another room. They handleded it in a courteous way though but i dont like our bags just being thrown out in the lobby. I never write reviews, but because this hotel sucks so much I find myself needing to warn everyone else. First of all this is not a family-friendly hotel. It's a hostel in the back and the hotel rooms are in the front. When someone had all of the Cars blocked in the Parking lot, the clerk continuously told that she couldnt do anything. She said WE could […] call a tow truck for a $65 charge if we wanted. Can you believe that?! I could call for $65?! you kidding?! It was Utterly ridiculous. I had to be up in four hours and couldn't park my car to get up to my room because someone blocked a one way only parking lot!!! We unfortunately did not have a great time at the hotel. The first thing we noticed was that we smelled smoke throughout the entire hotel lobby and lounge section. The staff did not seem very helpful or informed of local information or travel destinations. The room had holes in the walls and were way too thin to have any privacy. The neighborhood also […] seemed unsafe. This was called the grand adventurer, but it seemed run down and not a place to have any adventure at all. We actually slept on top of the bed because we were afraid of what might be in the bed lurking. Basically we only were thankful to have a bed to sleep in and get us to our real hotel to our acutual destination vacation. I would not recommend this hotel. Hotel was close to LAX. Rooms were big and clean and comfortable. Noise levels were higher than you would like. It's a bit zany, more of a glorified Hostel. Fun, but if your looking for an extended stay I would look elsewhere 1 nite is great.

The rate was excellent! They have a lot of extras for you. The hotel offers free coffee, popcorn, small dinner buffet, and one free drink per day. It also has a heated swimming pool which is open until 10 p.m. There are plants everywhere in the halls, which keeps it really cool. The room service is excellent. Whenever anything was needed, it was provided. […] Another thing I loved was the free transportation available from/to the airport, beach, and other local places. The only thing I would change is the loud music in the bar which was just below my room, and some of the people would get really loud too. One time the bar tender started yelling at a customer infront of everyone. That was not nice to see how employees treated customers! That has to change. I ask for a Queen size for 2 nights and when I got there they ended up giving me a 4 bed individual bedroom. The second night they gave me a 2 queen bedroom. Is like they need to keep a control of the reservation. And keep there towels clean, I had a towel with lots of stains. Eww also the noise is too loud.
