the hotel was the only one open after all floods that happen in October.walking distance to the gruta. everything here is up the hilland downs hills. the great thing was had kitchen , with microwave so we managed. The food here is very expense. we go the market in center and buy fresh cooked food. the market closes at 1pm every day indoor and fresh fruits is outdoor. supermarket across the street from market. but its a hike, the staff is very friendly. we had a problem with hot water and they change our room right away. if you want to go lourdes . Go off season trust me. No one speaks english, so we managed with our spanish. everything expensive. Lourdes only had one mass and one rosary a day the baths at santuary 2hrs a day. that was amazing.

The apartment hotel is right on a busy pedestrian mall, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The manager spoke English and was very helpful. It should be made clear that the office is only manned during certain hours, not 24/7. Had we arrived an hour later it would have been impossible to check in. We did not have free wifi for the first two days because they did not have enough hardware devices for every unit. Also, sets of towels do not include wash cloths. None of the cooking pans had lids. The friendly, helpful staff, great location, and secure feeling of the neighborhood more than made up for these minor inconveniences.

This hotel was in a great location to visit the grotto and city center. Our double room was typically European to small, but the hotel was very pretty. The staff could improve their promptness in staffing the front desk/reception area.

Hotel is newly renovated. Room is small by American standard but not uncommon in Europe. No hotel car parking but free public parking @ 5 minutes walkind distance. Very close to the Lourdes Grotto. Please note that the road to the hotel is one-way and changes direction every 2 weeks.

The hotel room which we had didn't have an aircon or electric fan, as it was so hot when we were there, we have to open the window to let the breeze come in. The good side, the hotel was close to must-see sights.

Estuvo compensada con el buen trato recibido algunas de las deficiencias, quizas vinculadas a la antiguedad del hotel pero que podrian mejorarse... En el baño debe mejorar el lavado de las toallas, para que ellas luzcan blancas y bien limpias, al basurero del baño le falto poner la bolsa de plastico de basura. Las mantas de la ropa de cama del dormitorio […] eran muy viejas, estaban algunas rotas en los bordes; pienso que deben cambiarlas.porque causa no una buena impresion.El ascensor podria esta mas limpio el suelo. La comida estuvo buena pero en el desayuno podria darse un mejor cafe natural y mas mermelada...Por lo demas,el trato del personal fue muy bueno, familiar y comodo y la buena ubicacion compensaron estas deficiciencias...Es un hotel de dos estrella pero no de tres como figuraba en internet. Zimmer, Eingang und Flur sind neu renoviert worden und in einem guten Zustand. Personal der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Matratzen leider etwas zu weich.

Très bon séjour au St Etienne, dans un hotel refait entièrement à neuf ! chambre très spacieuse avec tout le confort voulu (TV LED dernièr modèle) et une connexion WIFI haut débit qui en plus est offerte. Très bon petit déjeuner et très copieux. Ayant déjà séjourné à Lourdes les années précédentes, cet hotel est d'un super rapport qualité prix et juste […] à coté des sanctuaires, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.
