In general, very good for the price. Very friendly staff looked after us well. We arrived very late, but the staff went out to check whether a restaurant was still serving (it was). The rooms were clean and the heating worked (important in the cold season). Everything was fine that - after we said that we were going out for a walk to see the sights (10 minutes from the hotel) and would be back later, they opened our rooms and left the keys in the doors with all our possessions inside. Nothing was taken, but there was a risk.

We felt very welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great value and we would not hesitate to stay at the Toledo again.

"excellent hotel"
This is the second time i have stayed at the Kempinki in Amman. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the choice of english tv channels and sports channels is the best i have had in the middle east. "One Night stay"
We stayed for One Night in kempinski amman And have to say that this Hotel does not qualify for a 5Star Hotel :( the rooms are rather old fashioned - the beds And matresses are comfortable. "Kempinski Hotel Amman Jordan"
A most comfortable hotel with all amenities on site as one would expect. Plenty of restaurants in the area but taxis are cheap. I found the staff friendly and helpful, security thorough and my only complaint was that I could not get the free internet service to operate on either of the two nights I was there in 2 different rooms. Great hotel for business travellers and for tourists alike. As with any Kempinski the service was top notch as was the room. "Perfect hotel!!"
Tweede keer dit jaar dat ik in het Kempinski Amman zat. De werknemers herkenden mij, waardoor ik me erg welkom voelde. Ik kreeg meteen een upgrading naar de 'executive-floor' Kamers zijn groot, schoon en luxe. Ontbijt is goed! Erg gezellige sportsbar en bowlingbaan in de kelder. "Could be high class, but has many defects"
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but cleaning is not always as it should be. The pool is very nice, but the constant music is a nuisance. The spa is excellent. The Italian restaurant is a horrible experience - whatever you order you get spaghetti floating in vinegar sauce. The Kempi restaurant is better. It has excellent lamb, but generally everything […] tastes mostly salt and vinegar. All in all, this hotel could high class, if certain things were improved. "very comfortable hotel"
Service minded personnel and great to be able to rent a car at the location, picking it up the first day of holliday and returning it on the last day. Very clean comfortable room and prefectly quit. "goed hotel, hygeïne kan beter"
Het hotel is voor de zakenreiziger erg prettig. Het hotel ligt midden in de stad. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en zullen er alles aan doen om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te laten verlopen. Ze kunnen alles voor je regelen en geven je ook handige tips over de verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was schoon. De badkamer daarentegen […] was minder schoon. Bij aankomst lagen er nog wat haren van de vorige gast. Ook de toilet was niet erg schoon. Na een telefoontje naar de receptie is de volledige kamer door 3 personen schoongemaakt. "Schönes Hotel mit schlechtem Frühstücksbuffett!"
Das Hotel ist sehr schön und geflegt! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Doch das Hotelrestaurant Kempi bekommt ein ganz dickes Minus! Total überfordertes Servicepersonal sowohl beim Frühstücksbuffet als auch beim Abendbuffet. Auch die Hygiene lässt in diesem Restaurant zu wünschen übrig. Die Tische sind schmutzig und es wird am eingedeckten […] Tisch nur das ausgetauscht was benutzt wurde ein unbenutzter Löffel zum Beispiel wird liegen gelassen und nur das fehlende Besteck wird erneuert. Das Personal kommt nicht damit nach das Buffet wieder aufzufüllen, obwohl sie darauf hingewiesen werden. Viele Dinge sind kalt oder noch nicht richtig durch. Cornflakes und Müsli schmeckten alt! Das Cafe in der Hotel-Lobby ist sehr schön und auch die Snacks wie zum Beispiel das Clubsandwich sind zu empfehlen. Es gibt dort auch einen sehr guten Tee und Live-Klaviermusik. das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Fazit: Das Hotel kann man buchen, sollte jedoch das Restaurant Kempi meiden. Wir wohnten im Mai 2011, 2 Wochen im Kempinski, Amman. Positiv: Das Hotel macht einen funktionalen Eindruck und es funktioniert auch. Der Empfang ist effizient, kompetent und verbindlich, die Guest Relation setzt einen freundlichen Farbtupfer in der geschäftsmäßigen Ambiente der Lobby. Jeder ist hilfsbereit und immer bemüht es dem Gast so angenehm wie […] möglich zu machen. Negativ: In einem Hotel dieser Klasse sollte ein abendlicher 'turn-down service' selbstverständlich sein, erhalten haben wir diesen allerdings erst nach mehrmaliger Anfrage. Die Tageszeitung wurde nur unregelmäßig auf das Zimmer geliefert. Das Housekeeping- und Roomservicepersonal und das Aufwartungspersonal in den Restaurants spricht wenig oder kein Englisch, was oft zu unnötigen Missverständnissen führt und für ein 5-Sterne Hotel unverständlich ist. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert, kann 24 Std. benutzt werden, das Personal ist gut ausgebildet und hilfreich. Alles in allem ein positiver Aufenthalt. "Opphold på Kempinski"
Vi hadde to netter på dette hotellet. Flott hotell og god service. Nattmaten vi hadde i baren var kjempegod. Hotellet bestilte også en taxi til oss for å dra ned til gamlebyen i Amman. Sjåføren var så bra at vi bestilte han til å kjøre oss ned til Petra og via Dødehavet hjem igjen.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
