"Right in the beach"
We enjoyed our vacation. The weather was in the 60's so the heated pool and hot tubs with a beach view came in handy! The location is perfect - on the prom, a few steps from the beach and broadway street which is the Main Street with shops, restaurants, and activities for the kids. The resort also has a workout room and lounge/arcade area. Friendly, […] helpful staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Big, comfy rooms, great location"
Great place to stay in Seaside. Keep in mind it is a timeshare though, even if you book here. This meant no daily housekeeping but everything else was as expected. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very loud beginning at 7am with kids yelling, keep that in mind when booking. Great views of pool and ocean though. Well appointed suites, comfy […] to hang in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"great place to stay"
Rooms are very comforting and clean, you find everything you need in the kitchen to fix a quick breakfast or lunch, the living room has the fireplace where you can relax and let your stress melt away... you can hear the ocean... all good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Do not book this hotel with Hotel.com"
My whole transaction was a disaster booking with hotel.com and started by reserving this hotel. I was called 2 days later stating this hotel was no longer available. No explanation, a sorry that didn't sound sincere and a charge that I had to argue for a week to get back. I can't tell you anything about the hotel but hotel.com seems to think I still […] stayed there.... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Qualified! Only one week before leaving, we were told the hotel was overbooked. We had booked in mid-July and had a receipt, confirmed and paid for, that had guaranteed us all a much needed break from our son's fifth year of chemo treatments. This mix-up was a hard stumbling block to take. However, Nola, of Hotels.com and Tim, agent for the Time share […] condo, worked hard to help us. As it turned out, my son's energy held for the week and the weather (forecasted to be a week of steady rain) was great. The upgraded room was very well appointed, clean, with an enviable view, and all in all, it was just as lovely as we had planned for, with the addition of an even greater view. A big Thank you to all those involved. The accommodations and service were lovely. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"World Class Facility & Service"
04/18/15 Glenn S Surprise, Arizona
OK here's the scoop. Everyone knows this is a great facility with wonderful ocean views located right on the beachfront promenade. What you may not know if that this is one of the few organizations where the employees know what their mission is. I haven't seen a plaque on the wall or read it in a publication....but I witnessed it. During normal check in hours the place is a zoo. Luggage carts are at a premium. I came across a lady who couldn't find one and a maintenance worker overheard her. He told her to wait there and he would go find one. He went up three floors, found one and brought it to her. This kind of service only comes from employees who know why the organization exists and what role they play in being a part of it. The entire staff is like this. Well done management for focusing on the mission and not the bottom line. Do the mission, the profits are the byproduct of how well you did it. I love this place!
"Clean and comfortable and great fireplace."

The two bedroom condo was great. Great location, spacious condo, comfortable bed and nice view. I enjoyed the coffee shop off the lobby, great food and desserts. Shopping center was close and many restaurants to choose from. Great concrete Boardwalk to take a walk on and to stop and people watch. Good location for day trips north to Astoria and to lpoints south.
"Nice resort right on beach in Seaside and nice pool!"

We came here as guests of our friends. The room was clean and spacious and seemed well maintained. We had our own bedroom and our friends had their own bedroom. The kitchen, dining area and living area seems adequate. It was a rainy weekend in early March. I was impressed how warm the pool was and how nice the Jucuzzis were. I was able to walk right into the pool without having to wait for my body to adjust to a cooler water temperature. We brought plenty of coffee so we would have enough, but there seemed to be free coffee in the lobby as well. We went on a timeshare presentation at our choice. It included a pretty nice breakfast, coffee, and a nice presentation. They showed us around, and all in all it took about 3 hours and they gave us a free $100 American Express Card. They were low key, no high pressure, very professional, and I enjoyed meeting the people involved with presentation and learning about their lives and involvement with WorldMark. They are all enthusiastic consumers of what they are selling. If I wasn't retired, and had as many timeshare weeks as I could use already, I would have seriously considered it. Quite a few of our friends are WorldMark owners and are happy with the product.
"great place with a view"

We had a three bedroom unit on the third floor just down from the turnaround. The view was stellar. There were some issues with the hot water and the resort was very quick to fix it. It seems that our particular unit has had on-going issues with this but it did not deter us from having a great time in an otherwise wonderful suite. The staff was very pleasant and while this is a timeshare, there was no pressure to attend a meeting, etc. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Recommend this resort.

This is the second year (Easter Weekend) we have stayed. This year my 8 year old got the flu the first night... at 1230 am. I called to front desk and spoke to Jane... she said someone would be up asap. Not 10 minutes later Ron arrived and saved the night! I have never experienced a sick child while traveling, but the staff made me feel like we were home! I even called back the front desk in morning and Jane answered again and promptly asked how my daughter was! Amenities are great here, but the staff make this a 5 star for me!
"Nice family getaway"
04/04/15 Harold M Gresham, Oregon
We had a nice unit on the second floor overlooking the turnaround on Broaday street. A great place to watch all the activity. We had a three bedroom unit. Nice size kitchen and living area. They do a great job on keeping everything clean and well maintained. Nice outdoor pool and hot tubs. Great location right on the beach. You can walk to the shops and restaurants in town.. The only negative part was the high pressure sales presentation they want you to attend. Don't waste your time doing these they are not worth your time.

Right on the ocean with a good view in the majority of the rooms. Try to be in the third floor or higher. Fairly new. Clean under cover parking, with a nice pool. Very relaxing. You can walk to everything, A lot of fun.

We went with friends for 3 nights and was so excited to get away. The weather was not good, but who cares, when you have a fire place a good bed, a place to cook, (if you want to) and in our case good friends to talk with. Did I mention the outlets are very close by, ha ha. Upon arrival, as are other Windom property's we have stayed with , you get Chocolate Chip Cookies, to help START YOUR VACATION OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOT, We drove into Cannon Beach, to go the theater,(The Coastal Theater Play House) eat and shop. Another day we drove into Gearhart for a late lunch and to drive around looking at the beautiful beach homes. For us rain did not stop us, we were cozy and had places to go if we wanted to. Our weekend there was just what I needed, we will be back. On the last day there, we decided to take them up on there presentation for their time share, it took us 3 hours, but the people were very nice and we learned a lot about them. They provided breakfast and gave us an American Express card with $$ to spend. They all have a job to do, and we were not pressured to go, it was our chose. Hint: Bring your own coffee, even though they have a coffee maker there, they will not provided enough coffee for your stay, this is normal for most time shares.
"Wyndham Resorts never disappoint!"
Visited Seaside for a couple of days for a get away for Spring Break and stayed through our timeshare and not only is it right on the Oceanside it is huge. I throughly enjoyed the fireplace in the room and how spacious it was. The pool was heated and the hot tubs were extra nice on those chilly nights!
"It's like a mini city"
02/26/15 Christopher R Chicago, Illinois
This place is gigantic. At first I was upset that we didn't get an ocean view, but after going to the pool I was so glad we didn't. The pool noise just echoes in there and I can't see how having those rooms would be of interest. Anyway, the pool is amazing we went in January when it was cold and the pool was 80 degrees. Getting out of the pool and running back into the hotel was another matter, but the pool was fantastic. Our room was on 1st street and that is probably the best place to be. We left our door open all night to get that great ocean breeze. We were on such a high floor that we were above the fog, it was really fascinating to see. We had a 2 bedroom plus a murphy bed in the living room. The pilot light on our fireplace never went out and there is no air conditioning so the room was super hot, in January. I can't imagine what that room is going to be like in July. Also the hotel has a no dog policy, which I think is dumb, but everyone seemed to ignore that and bring their dogs anyway. The place is beautiful and they have the best pool for that area, but I can't see my self staying there again.
