"Right in the beach"
We enjoyed our vacation. The weather was in the 60's so the heated pool and hot tubs with a beach view came in handy! The location is perfect - on the prom, a few steps from the beach and broadway street which is the Main Street with shops, restaurants, and activities for the kids. The resort also has a workout room and lounge/arcade area. Friendly, […] helpful staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Big, comfy rooms, great location"
Great place to stay in Seaside. Keep in mind it is a timeshare though, even if you book here. This meant no daily housekeeping but everything else was as expected. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very loud beginning at 7am with kids yelling, keep that in mind when booking. Great views of pool and ocean though. Well appointed suites, comfy […] to hang in. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"great place to stay"
Rooms are very comforting and clean, you find everything you need in the kitchen to fix a quick breakfast or lunch, the living room has the fireplace where you can relax and let your stress melt away... you can hear the ocean... all good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Do not book this hotel with Hotel.com"
My whole transaction was a disaster booking with hotel.com and started by reserving this hotel. I was called 2 days later stating this hotel was no longer available. No explanation, a sorry that didn't sound sincere and a charge that I had to argue for a week to get back. I can't tell you anything about the hotel but hotel.com seems to think I still […] stayed there.... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Qualified! Only one week before leaving, we were told the hotel was overbooked. We had booked in mid-July and had a receipt, confirmed and paid for, that had guaranteed us all a much needed break from our son's fifth year of chemo treatments. This mix-up was a hard stumbling block to take. However, Nola, of Hotels.com and Tim, agent for the Time share […] condo, worked hard to help us. As it turned out, my son's energy held for the week and the weather (forecasted to be a week of steady rain) was great. The upgraded room was very well appointed, clean, with an enviable view, and all in all, it was just as lovely as we had planned for, with the addition of an even greater view. A big Thank you to all those involved. The accommodations and service were lovely. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"It's like a mini city"
02/26/15 Christopher R Chicago, Illinois
This place is gigantic. At first I was upset that we didn't get an ocean view, but after going to the pool I was so glad we didn't. The pool noise just echoes in there and I can't see how having those rooms would be of interest. Anyway, the pool is amazing we went in January when it was cold and the pool was 80 degrees. Getting out of the pool and running back into the hotel was another matter, but the pool was fantastic. Our room was on 1st street and that is probably the best place to be. We left our door open all night to get that great ocean breeze. We were on such a high floor that we were above the fog, it was really fascinating to see. We had a 2 bedroom plus a murphy bed in the living room. The pilot light on our fireplace never went out and there is no air conditioning so the room was super hot, in January. I can't imagine what that room is going to be like in July. Also the hotel has a no dog policy, which I think is dumb, but everyone seemed to ignore that and bring their dogs anyway. The place is beautiful and they have the best pool for that area, but I can't see my self staying there again.
"Great with kids. Pool is actually open!"

Best Worldmark we've visited. Pool open year-round was nice and warm. Most rooms seem to offer ocean views. Location is awesome -- as in-town as you can get in Seaside. We had a 3BR facing the pool on the 4th floor and enjoyed the view from the deck. Nice room like many other locations. Well-built with minimal noise from sides or above. Room was nice and quiet. Pool is very nice -- big and fun with two spas and a kiddie pool. Open 8a-10p and well-enforced. Downsides: even if you are an owner, they push you to take their 90-minute informational. You must visit the sales people if you want your parking pass where they pressure you to attend the next day. They also openly sell same on the street to ANY passing make-female couple, which just cheapens the whole experience a bit. There is a nice store downstairs selling coffee, snacks, wine, beer, milk etc which is great! Unfortunately it closes at 4:30-5:00. Would expect such a place to close at 7:00. Nearest store open later is Safeway - a big walk or short drive away. I like this Worldmark and I will return as long as my kids are kids. Once they are grown, highly unlikely. This place was full of kids -- teenagers, especially.
Here on a five day vacation and felt relaxed right when I walked in. Room 8827. This room had a ok view of the ocean. You really have to go on the balcony for a view but it's not bad. Slept with the window open every night and had no issue with noise. Fire place kept it plenty warm. Like the BBQ on the balcony. Not a far walk to the beach since we are literally on it. Cool looking pool and hot tubs at night with the lights. Parking is pretty easy not to confusing. Only thing that gets me about this place is charging for the pool (billiards), foose ball, air hockey and only having one ping pong ball with crappy paddles. I can see charging for the other games but not those its a time share place and people pay good money for theses places but we get charged for everything oh a and no free wifi. Maybe a coffee machine in the rec room for the adults too and maybe a roof over the little kids play area so they can enjoy that year round. Over all I was happy and would be back because it's not all about staying inside on your vacation you can do that at home. But since we are staying here just thought I would share a couple thoughts. Enjoy.
"Front row seats of the beach and Pacific ocean"

A very clean and newer property, catering to everyone with a timeshare or invitation. We had a one bedroom unit, huge bathroom, full furnished kitchen, two flatscreen TVs, fireplace, two ceiling fans, private balcony with a gas BBQ and secure multi level parking garage. WiFi is an additional charge with a very good signal on each floor. Large outdoor swimming pool, kiddie pool and two large hot tubs. Indoors a recreation room with a pool tables, etc. This facility is right on the boardwalk, which can be accessed at the pool area or other doorways.
"Nirvana on the corner with ocean view!"
We had a quick trip to the beach prior to the holidays. We have stayed often at this hotel but this time an opening for the front came up!! Oh my world, it was amazing! We never wanted to leave our room!! I would highly encourage an ocean view if given the chance!!

Spent the weekend at the property the two days after the new year. Weather was good on Friday and Saturday and our room overlooked the pools and the beach/ocean. The only two issues I had were the noise from the pool area and the lack of sound deadening windows/outside walls. The other was temperature control. Even for being winter with windows open, the room was still very warm and the thermostat was even off. Access to the beach and surrounding streets was good and easy to navigate. Worldmark's location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A nice romantic stay as the units have gas fireplaces. All units also have a balcony with a gas BBQ. As for the pool area, the pool is very nice and big. There is also a kiddie pool and both are heated. There are also two hot tubs but they need to make one adults only as currently both are open to kids. This property also has a game/teen room along with a small gym, a coffee shop and movie rentals.
"Room 2222 has to be the WORST room. Beware of any room ending in ##22"
01/04/15 waiting4myship2come Forest Grove, Oregon
Actually ANY room ending in 22 has to be terrible. Where to begin. There is a laundry room that shares an adjoining wall with this room.(probably the same on every floor) Every time the laundry chute door is open, an alarm goes off. ALL DAY LONG. 3 times I've called the management. 3 Times they say "it will be ending shortly". You have been saying that for 2 plus HOURS now!. You've "talked" with your supervisor, but nothing has been done. Now the excuse is that the supervisor has gone for the day. No answer to what can be done, just "it will be ending soon". This is RUINING my vacation! I'm know I'm not the most important person you've ever had here, but really is this the proverbial broom closet room? - This room should be at LEAST soundproofed to mega proportions! I will never recommend this place again. And if you ever are planning on staying here for goodness sake don't let them stick you in this awful room. You'll regret it. Probably any room ending in 22, as the laundry stacks would be in the same place on each floor. Also - This room (2222) is in the South East corner of the back building. No view, barely a "peak". Because it is on the second floor, which is what this room is, you can't even see above the building. So - tuck me into a corner room, with no view, and an alarm that goes off all day long. I am HATEing this anniversary weekend. Your hotel has done nothing to make this an enjoyable vacation.

"Roomy, in downtown"
12/21/14 AlaskaRed Alaska
This property is being completely remodeled and it shows. Our 2 bedroom was very spacious, fireplace, balcony with bbq, new carpet, large bathrooms and a great kitchen. Everything you need to enjoy a night or 2 weeks. We walked to dinner and shopping. We could see the ocean from the balcony down the street so were able to hear the waves.
"stay at worldmark seaside over Thanksgiving"
12/09/14 Robert G Tacoma, Washington
Worldmark Seaside is our most favorite resort. We are owners. But they changed managers and there is different front desk staff and they are not as friendly as they use to be. Also, they got chincy on coffee now charging $1 per bag (one pot) after the first and it is not good coffee. Also now you have to wash your own pool towels rather than exchange at the desk. We don't do the "information updates" anymore because they are just high pressure sales pitches and not worth the animosity for a gift card.
