This what NOT 24/7 check-in. I arrived at noon hoping to check-in (even after I called and made sure I could) and I was told to come back at 2pm. That no one could have early check-in. After arguing with clerk, she said I could come and leave my things at 1pm, but they would still be cleaning the room. False advertisement!

It wasnt the cleanest or luxurious place to stay, but the staff was great, and the location was right down the street from the UCO campus. The bathroom you can tell was not setup for tall people, but everything worked out well with my stay in the hotel. The shower had black stuff under the calking. Toilet wouldn't stop running after it was flushed. I informed the desk clerk in the morning and he looked at me and said, "So, we fix it." He came out looking like a cabana boy in his t-shirt, shorts and flip flops (it was 6:45 am). The coffee and muffins was to open at 6:30am and at 6:45am the lobby was […] still locked. I had dropped a spot of sour cream on the carpet and wiped it up but when we came back that night the same spot was still on the carpet.......not even a shot of Resolve to tidy up the carpet. They hung a dirty hand towel back up in stead of changing it out with a new one. The bath towel had a big hole in it. The ice in the ice machine had a musty smell. My advice to other travelers is don't waste your time or money here. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. I know we will when we return to Edmond next month. Lesson learned! Read more

I doubt if the Hotels.com website will accept this review, but it has to be said. The room was adequate and clean. At least it had a small fridge and microwave which I need, but the micro didn't work and had to be replaced the next day. The lobby micro couldn't even pop popcorn properly. Someone had a boom box in the next room which penetrated the thin […] walls until they finally turned it off after 10:00 pm. The so-called "free breakfast" didn't even measure up to an ordinary "continental breakfast," consisting of sweet rolls, coffee, and orange juice. No bread, bagels, toaster, butter, cereal, milk or liquid cream; the skimpiest I've ever experienced. The old-style coffee perker may have been clogged up, but I had to dredge out coffee after removing the lid to fill my mug. I was there 3 nights, and I had asked for no service to my room both mornings, but the second morning, someone came in and threw away a shoe bag, the cap to my shaving cream, guards for 2 shavers, feeding dish and water dish for my small service dog (declared), a box of fresh basil, and closed a window I wanted open to keep the room cool. I felt violated. So if this contains forbidden "personal details," so be it. I'm just trying to help future clients. Hotels.com should dump this hotel. Read more

It's a motel and should be advertised and pictured that way. The mattress and box spring were wrapped in crinkly plastic which made it very difficult to sleep. Too afraid to look why that was needed. Doors did not have locks. No way I'd use the whirlpool tub.

Doors wouldn't open or close easily and I never felt safe. Vent over shower was not covered and all electrical wiring was exposed. I was afraid I would get electrocuted if I took a shower. The tub had dark stains all over it so I didn't take a bath either! The motel was run down.

The clientele attracted to this hotel tend to stay up much later at night and are much louder than I am used to. Add to that the lack of soundproofing between rooms and you have a hard time getting to sleep & staying asleep. I will not stay here again.

We were booked online because of the good price. We were very pleased with our stay compared to the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was big with separate tube and shower, with spa jets in tub. Relaxing. Would stay again.

Sign out front lists whirlpools in the rooms. When asked why ours didn't work we were told that none of them on the 2nd floor worked. I commented that I wanted a 1st floor and girl at the desk just shrugged her shoulder and said she was sorry. Corners of the room were dirty. The lobby eating area was filthy 2 small tables 4 chairs 2 of them broken and the seats were dirty black. Only coffee and muffins, note said juice in frig. but there never was any. Windows were dirty could barely see out them in lobby. Worst part there is a whole row of half dead plants in dinning area that looked like there belonged out side with grubby dirt on the pots. A reasonably priced hotel which has an excellent location for UCO visitors. It was clean and nice but not new. The TV was an old tube type. The free "breakfast" needs some work - the coffee machine didn't work so I could have only orange juice and muffins. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, though.

I reserved a non-smokoing room. When I checked in, the room smelled like an ash tray. They initially told me they had no other rooms. Then a manager came by and found a non-smoking room. My friends and I booked our rooms too late and all the other hotels were taken other wise we never would have stayed here. Upon arrival at this hotel, there was a very loud lady in the next room on her cell phone. The room itself was clean, but the bath tub left a lot to be desired. They advertised their jetted tubs but when they are brown and nasty it's not very enticing.

Beds were great, bathroom needed a cleaning, and "Free Breakfast" was non-existant, at 0730 ther was no coffee,or any breakfast whatsoever. Note said orange juice was in fridge. ( had expired 4 days previous. Owners can afford NEW Lexus and top-end BMW but couldn't afford anything for breakfast ? Avoid this motel like the plague.

Service was blunt but effective. Our room had fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, jetted tub...everything worked and was clean. Other hotel guests were only deterrent but never felt unsafe. Would repeat.
