This hotel room was absolutely filthy. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor, the linens were dirty, the water was rusty and the shower wall had black scum on it. When I went to complain about the condition of the room, the front desk told me "that's odd because room 150, is usually one of our better rooms". Stay away! Once I entered the lobby I was greeted by the rudest hotel clerk I have met. I received no greeting and was asked for my name and a credit card. The lobby smelled horrible and upon leaving the lobby had the privilege of seeing a prostitute arguing with a guy over the price. I had reserved the room for my daughter and son-in-law. They were on their way home to Florida. I reserved it for the 8th checking in and checking out the 9th. Car problems and bad weather caused them to get to hotel at 6am the morning of the 9th. The desk clerk was at a computer, Until another employee told him my daughter was standing there, he ignore […] her. His attitute was not friendly, like my daughter was interrupting him. They checked in, my daughter ask if they could check out at 12 instead of 11. He informed her he could not help her to call house keeping at 7:30. She said they were exhausted and were going to bed. He said he could not help to call house keeping. They got up at 10, saw H.K., who told them no problem. Thank God you employ some friendly, thoughtful people. This was our second stay at Ramada in the past three weeks. It is so convenient to have the Magnolia Dining Room right next to the office and it saved us from having to drive out for dinner. We both enjoyed the spaghetti and the homemade desserts were really good! Look forward to staying there again next time we go to Florence, SC

The staff was lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The WiFi was not working (free WiFi was one of the reasons I selected this motel). The television was old and there were no premium channels. We have 3 small dogs and the motel was pet friendly so we can overlook almost anything!

It wasnt too bad. Stood overnight to get some sleep while in a road trip. The service over the phone- sucks!(late night shift) Not very polite. Yet the morning front desk lady was cery nice and helpful. Room was clean.

The price originally attracted me to this hotel, it is convenient to I-95 (less than 2 minutes from exit). The room was clean. The beds were ok - definitely not the most comfortable hotel beds, the box springs on both beds in our room were broken. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast but the check-in staff did give me two tickets and advise […] me that we would have to have those tickets to partake - mind you there were 2 of us for 2 nights. Apparently my hot rate only covered breakfast one day. The cleaning staff was exceedingly rude. We were still in our room (after night #1) when they made their 1st morning rounds (8 am). I asked for extra towels that evening - we were moving my daughter in to her dorm room and I knew we would want to shower before we went to dinner and again before bed. She told me in no uncertain terms they did not give extra towels. So okay, I understand, people run off with your towels, no biggie.... Can I take the dirty ones to the lobby to exchange them this evening? Absolutely not. You only get 2 towels per day. Period. I was pretty disappointed - towels shouldn't be that big of a deal. Don't stay here, even with a good price. Walked into the lobby, very unwelcoming/unfriendly signs placed in various locations. Check-in staff was not rude, but was not pleasant either. The hotel had easy access to and from I-95 which made our late night arrival very easy. Reservation was confirmed quickly and we were in our room in 3 minutes. We were transported back to a time when TV's had "picture tubes" and hotel room decor was designed so that you would never want to "take it with you", or even decorate your home in the same way. This was our first stop on our annual trek home from Florida with our small dog. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed. Quiet & clean and very reasonably priced. Not so handy to restaurants as some other motels we have stayed at in Florence.

The hotel was at an odd exit the exits further up the road that were also in the Florence area were better and had more resturants around the hotel. This exit was like an older hotel in the boondocks. The brkf was old, cold and not fresh they were cooking for mobs of people that were not there.

The most awful part - the water was with no exaggeration the colour of blood. Obviously I'm assuming it was old copper piping, but needless to say, no one was getting in that shower.
