We enjoyed staying at the WorldMark Angels Camp Resort. The grounds well maintained and beautiful, and the main building was nice too. We were greeted by friendly office staff that was very knowledgeable about places to tour in historic Angels Camp and the surrounding cities. There was an introduction to the timeshare staff but we happy that we were not pressured to attend a presentation. Our one-bedroom was very clean, comfortable, had a nice kitchen, fire place, on the first floor with a view of the natural grounds/trees where deer appeared in the mornings and evenings grazing right outside our balcony: There is a $16 resort fee. We did not swim in the pool but the area looked very nice. The tennis courts were available everyday so we played tennis. We visited the near-by cities Murphys and Sonora, took a tour of the caverns, rode on the historic train and really enjoyed the historic area. We look forward to visiting again!
We use this as a stop off when traveling from WA to Socal. We were tired after 2 long days in the car, so we stayed over a second night. The staff is very helpful and the pool and main hot tub are nice.
We love Murphy and this is the best place we could find to stay near by. Right on the golf course, large two bedroom suite with a view. If you are in to the outdoors or wine tasting this is a great place to visit and this place is why we paid for a timeshare.
Although we had a few days with rain, we were able to take our daily walks. On the rainy day we went to the gym and used the tread mill. The fireplace in the large living room was a great place to just veg. The pool table, tennis courts, ping pong table and heated pool and jacuzzi make for good entertainment. We saw a lot of deer, great view of homes and interesting residential areas. Everyone here at this resort were very "Total Customer Satisfaction" is alive and well here!
When we stay at this resort, it's just like being in your own home. Angels Camp and Myrphys have a lot to offer in museums, wine tasting, and fabulous eateries. Many great grocery stores to stock the kitchen. It's my third time to visit this resort.
Great rooms. Full kitchen, BBQ, amazing pool. The is wonderful, from Big Trees, to the caverns. This is by far our favorite family facation spot. We stay in the 2 room condo. The upstairs is so nice and quiet.
amazing and gorgeous! was such a nice way to wind down from the madness of burning man. The 2 room apartment was beautiful and we had a ball. didn't try out the pool, but it was incredibly helpful to be able to do some washing and cook an amazing meal.
Great spot to enjoy weekend away from busy SF Bay Area. Room is like all other Worldmark, but customer service has improved remarkably since Wyndham has taken over. Just sad that this location is constantly full (because it cost less points than most newer development). Used to be able to book this site on bonus time weekly but now we have to wait list and plan months in advance.
We stayed for two nights in a spacious, well stocked condo unit at Angels Camp. Service was excellent, property was very clean and well maintained. Spacious bedrooms with two full baths. Fully stocked kitchen. We used this as a jumping off point for exploring Gold Country. While is is off the main areas of town, it was accessible to all of the area attractions. Would recommend to those visiting the area.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit and it was quite nice. The unit was well provisioned and very comfortable. Because we were using the unit as a base to explore Yosemite and San Francisco we did not take advantage of the resort. One thing was seriously missing, WIFI was not free and that is why we give the lower rating.
This was a wonderful property. Close to other cute little towns. We went into Murphey and had relaxing spa treatments and great lunch and dinner. The timeshare is fully equipped as at all properties and is set in a beautiful wooded area. We loved the dear that were right off our patio.
