Great place to stay in Sofia. Staff are great. Rooms are very nice. Location is great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Did a great job with English and directions. The room was clean and quite. Cigarette smoking from other guests made for bad smell. The food in restaurant was great and the price was even better. - No complaints.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations. Facility is a little old but well kept. I like the style that bring back the old glory days.

Good location and staff. price for the 15 minute shutte to the airport very high for the prices there. I have a problem with the safe box and was inform by the staff not to use it, because they didn't work. without an apology or solution.

Good hotel but situated on busy main road a long way out of town.

Two disadvantages: very far away from city centre, and a little noisy from the cars that run in front of the hotel on the boulevard. But, overall, it was a clean hotel, with very good breakfast and with underground parking, where you can leave your car safely.

Ensemble moyen malgrès un personnel très pro. Chambres très mal insonorisées, si l'on a la malchance d'être côté boulevard on a l'impression que la fenêtre est ouverte !

"solides Hotel"
Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck von aussen. Das Restaurant ist soweit in Ordnung leider lassen gewisse Sachen zu wünschen übrig. Parking ist ok Platzbedarf aber beschrankt. Restaurant: Fleischspeisen sind ok und schmecken top vom Salat sollte man die Finger lassen es sei den man mag Würmer welche noch Leben im Salat.Keine Reaktion von der Restaurant […] Leitung.Schaade. Die Zimmer sind oberflachlich sauber bei mir wurde aber vergessen den Kerichtkübel zu leeren den von der vorbesitzerin waren noch Binden im Kerichtkübel im Bad,im anbetracht dessen das ich erfahren habe das nur 2 Personen für die Reinigung von 44 Zimmer zustandig sind kann das passieren. Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit und macht in dem Hotel fast alles und setzten sich sehr für die Gäste ein, z.B. viele Gäste wollten zu dem AC/DC Konzert da wurde diese gleich per Hotel Bus zum Konzert gefahren auch nicht selbstverständlich. Wie ich erfahren habe hat das Hotel eine neue Leitung dadurch passt noch nicht alles im grossen und ganzen ein solides Hotel.Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen wenn ich wieder in Sofia bin. Read more

Très bon accueil : le personnel est vraiment au service y compris pour s'assurer que tout est bien compris (langue) ; proposition d'un garage fermé pour la voiture. Parfaite propreté des lieux.
"Comfortable hotel"
The hotel and room was clean. Breakfast with wide choice. We were very sattisfied. Luckily our window was not to the street, which is qiute noisy.
