Clean ,Pleasant. the beds were very uncomfortable, hard and thin used sheets. but.... it was a decent value, convenient location and friendly staff.

The room was clean and I think the community around is welcoming and friendly.However, and since i was with my family, we would have appreciated a separate sink for the bathrooms and the "kitchen" sink. It was all one sink for both and this was uncomfortable for us.

I have stayed at far better and more comfortable and cleaner hotels than this for nearly 1/3 off of the price. We will not stay here again- and we will be in this area every year for business. While it was close to the businesses we needed to visit , it was not at all worth what we paid a night-NEVER. I could stay at a Hilton for that. No cable boxes , on tv's in rooms, limited channels. The lobby has an old large screen tv thats color distorted and they have all been like this for the last 5 years that I have been going ...Still waiting for the upgrades to take place.....and waiting and waiting..............

The hotel room interior chain lock was broken off, leaving no way to feel safe inside or keep staff from entering. Door locking mechanism was faulty, loose with gap between door and frame. You could see space. Door could be easily opened despite the lock. Worst of all was the General Manager-Brenda L. From the moment I checked in she was unprofessional […] and rude. She did not follow through on a comittment and did not follow up despite having promised a guest to do so. At check-out she was confrontational, argumentative and inflamed an already unpleasant situation. She should not be in a "hospitality role". The rest of the staff was pleasant and courteous. Upon check-in the staff was very friendly. The room was really large for the price and the staff made sure that we got the microwave and refigerator that we requested. Really good maid service.

The first room we were given was infested with flys.They need to put weather stripping on the door.You can see how the flys are getting in. Secondly, the room where they served the "Continental Breakfast" was dirty.We had breakfast there the first morning and then went elsewhere thereafter.

We stayed overnight to break up our trip. The check-in was fine. Got to the room and it smelled like a deodorizer or heavy duty cleaning products were used and bad air-freshener to cover it up. The carpet was old and matted down. Very gross...should have asked to try another room, but, too tired. It was half the cost of staying closer to the beach, […] but still twice as expensive then it was worth.
