I enjoyed it very much....although we had a few problems at the beginning of our stay, they were handled well and we were given a discount which was appreciated. I used to live in the area years ago and remember when the hotel was built into Quaker Square and this was the first time I stayed there. Needs a little updating but it is lovely still!

The hotel was very well located and the quality of the facility and service was very good. The only problem was that the key to the door lock to our room stopped working on the second day. Two trips to the desk didn't fix the problem. Thanks to the maid for letting us in. Interesting that the desk didn't ask for any identification when I asked for replacement keys.

We checked in late. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Our room was great. It was clean and had a kitchenette. Nice pool. Very basic fitness center.... No free weights. It is off the beaten path but on an interstate so easy to access anything you want to do. The included breakfast was comprehensive with anything you could possibly want. travelling through we were just looking for a room. It was clean, the floor we were on was smoking on one side of the elevators and non-smoking on the other side of the elevator. The only time we smelled smoke was in the hallway near the elevator.

Front desk was very helpfull with directions and overall information. Very clean and I loved the staff. Since I was on the bottom floor, I had the floor above me that was a little noisy but overall was a very nice stay and I certainly recommend staying here.

My husband stayed in this hotel over the last weekend( 6/4) and when he entered the room he found the bed to be unmade ( like someone just got out of it), trash in both garbages and opened soap and shampoo left in the bathroom. By no means did I expect a 4 star room but I did expect the room to be ready for him at 11pm when he came in.

This is the 3rd time we have chosen to stay there. We are very pleased with the employees who are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff are very accomodating and the rooms are always clean and well equipped. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

The hotel employees are exceptional kind and helpful. We were there on a holiday and they even cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner for the guests. Anything we needed for our stay, they were more than happy to provide for us. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to everyone.

These suites were awesome. Very clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast included hot eggs, sausage, etc. which was a bonus. Very nice accommodations. A great value.
