Somewhat pricey. Courteous staff. Easy free transfer to international terminal. The shower head was defective and leaking and I reported it. Surprised that cleaning staff did not do so before to get it fixed.

this hotel was perfect and covenient. I arrived late night into Tokyo Haneda's international airport terminal 1 from JFK. It took 10 minutes to get through immigration and customs and then caught the free airport shuttle to domestic terminal 2 where i had a very early morning flight. This hotel was located in terminal 2 and i was surprised at the quality […] and room amenities that were offered for an airport hotel. All was great and very convenient, highly recommended. in the morning it took 3 minutes to get checked in for the flight and another 5 minutes to get to the gate. it was quick, no hassle and actually enjoyable! Terminal 2 also has many restaurants and shops (more like a shopping mall). The hotel was a great choice as i didn't have to worry about getting a hotel & transport & hotel in tokyo and then heading back earlier in the morning. This was super convenient! Read more

Summary: good airport hotel. Stayed here after a long flight which got in late, for which this place is perfect. Located at terminal 2 which is fairly convenient - only a short shuttle ride from international terminal. Hotel itself was perfectly fine, clean and comfortable.

Great room with wireless in the room. I could use my iPad. 2 closet spaces, nice size single beds, lots of shops and restaurants in the airport. Hotel located in terminal 2 domestic terminal. Down stairs has the subway or monorail stations. Will stay there again. So close to Tokyo areas!

Excellent in all things. Its located inside Terminal 2 Domestic at Tokyo-Haneda Airport, which looks very new, with lots of nice shops and restaurants. The hotel's twin bedroom and bathroom were large compared to other Japanese hotels I've been to, with nice firm beds. The only thing the hotel did not have was a gym or a pool.

Haneda Excel Hotel is located in Haneda Airport in Domestic Terminal 2. Haneda Airport in Tokyo is the "domestic" airport, meaning flights within Japan leave from Haneda. It now accepts international flights arriving, so I don't know if it is still technically a "domestic" airport. It is certainly more convenient than flying into Tokyo Narita International […] Airport, and taking the 2-hour bus trip from Narita to Haneda (at cost of $35 fare for bus), if you have to make a connecting flight. So Haneda Excel Hotel convenient. Beware, however, that if you come from overseas you will arrive at the International Terminal and will have to take a free shuttle bus (they leave about every 4 minutes) to the Domestic Terminals. Excel Hotel is in Terminal 2. Unfortunately, we also had to take another free and frequent shuttle in the morning to Terminal 1 to catch our domestic flight. The hotel is pricey but the cost is offset by saving a 2-hour bus trip and the $35 fare. The hotel is sleek and gorgeous and new, all amenities in the bathroom, lots of staff to help, and the bed was wonderful: hard and firm. I slept like a baby for my allotted 5 hours before arising at the crack of dawn to catch my connecting flight. We would stay there again. But put the clothes you need for the next day on top in your suitcase so you don't have to unpack much, as there is no room to lay out your suitcases, only barely enough room to stand them upright. had an early morning flight home from haneda. Hotel is right in terminal two. My flight was leaving from the international terminal at 6.25. Check-in was before the monorail or the airport terminal shuttle bus started. However the hotel had a private bus that operated during the night.

It was a tiny room, but it was quiet and provided the needed rest before my flight the next day. Also, being attached to the terminal (Domestic Terminal 2 at Haneda), it was easy to visit that shops and the restaurants nearby just by walking there.

Hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming. For non Japanese speakers the staff were friendly and considerate and extremely helpful. As a hotel attached to the airport it was handy for early morning flight and the proximity to the terminal made thehwole experience very simple and convenient.
