"A 10 minute walk to the town"
Nice time with other guests at the community table for breakfast. I think Martha Stewart was the cook. Outstanding!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent, perfectly furnished with antiques."
We stayed at several B&B's on a trip along the Maine coastline. This had the nicest room furnished with beautiful antiques. Everything was perfect. Our reception, introduction and knowledge of the area was exceptional. Snacks and beverages were available 24/7. Our room was flawless and had an exceptional modern bath. The breakfast was wonderful. "No detail missing"
This B & B was first class the whole way. Every little thing was special and each need was met before it was even known. The breakfasts were delicious and every night, we had a plate of homemade cookies set out. Such a perfect get away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Teri and Roger are wonderful hosts. The rooms are immaculate and all are gorgeous. The breakfasts were the best of any B&B we have ever stayed in. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Kennebunkport. It's the best and convenient to town as well. You definitely get your monies worth for this stay. Guaranteed you will enjoy your visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, Teri gave us a very warm welcome with lots of helpful advice and information. Our room was quiet and cosy, it had a lovely fireplace, bed very high but comfortable. Just a ten minute walk to the town.

We have been coming to Kennebunkport for many years, but after our three day stay last week I think we have found our permanent home. What a welcoming relief! TERI AND ROGER ARE THE BEST! We had a beautiful room,(ALL the rooms are beautiful) The linens and towels are are the best, and breakfast was always a wonderful surprise. Thank you, Teri and Roger....We hope to see you next October. Stay well, and take care of each other. Love, Bob and Margaret Beeching.....Lady Lake, Florida

We have just had 2 lovely days staying at the 1802 B&B. Truly beautiful area. Our hosts Terri and Roger were lovely. They really have a beautiful house. Such a pretty area. It snowed most of Sunday so we stayed indoors most of the day. Our room was gorgeous, with a fireplace. We highly recommend this B&B.

This was our second trip to 1802. We've stayed in each of the 2 smallest rooms on the property (not our usual style, but our late planning determined local availability). Nonetheless the rooms were intelligently laid out and were quite comfortable. More importantly, they were well cared for and exceptionally clean. Teri & Roger are gracious and attentive hosts. On our first visit, Roger immediately addressed a wifi problem I was having...which, by the way, (wifi) is excellent. Teri seems to have her finger on the pulse of the community and all the goings on, and will steer the uninitiated in the right direction. The location is excellent...walking distance to Dock Square. Breakfast is creative and well done. We've stayed in all the top 5 TA rated places in Kport, and 1802 compares favorably to all of them. If I had one less than stellar thing to say, it's that the common area in 1802 lacks some of the "charm" that you find in some of the other B&B's in town...granted that's a very subjective judgement and ought not deter anyone from staying here. Highly recommended!
"Perfect place for our Fall getaway"

When I checked Tripadvisor for suggestions on where to stay in Kennebunkport, this charming place was in the top 3 places. Well, after our visit, I would put them in the number one spot, by far. Our stay was in the Sebago Suite. We had a comfy four poster bed, lovely sitting room with fireplace and flat screen, and the great garden room, with the relaxing Jacuzzi. Teri was a gracious host. Her breakfasts were filling and suggestions for dinner spot on. We plan on visiting the 1802 House again.

First of all, we were warmly received by the Inn keeper outside the house. She spent time going over our plans for the 2 days we were spending in town, she suggested places to go, restaurants, and she even made the reservations for the ones we selected. The room was very nice, newly renovated, cute bedding clothes, the bathroom was small but great, totally new, nice shower. A lot of nice details in the room. Breakfast was delicious, different every day, very nice presentation but even better taste. The atmosphere was great, made us feel very comfortable, and Teri and her team was great. The housekeeping service was extremely good as well, everything was spotless. Our stay was fantastic. I strongly recommend it to anyone that is planning to spend sometime in the Kennebunkport area, it is absolutely worthy.

Had a fabulous stay at 1802. Innkeeper made us feel extremely welcome, arranged a dinner reservation for us and cooked an Amazing breakfast!! Room and bathroom were brilliant - beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. 1802 is just a short walk from the centre of Kennebunkport.
"Can't wait to go back!"

We recently (Oct 2014) had the pleasure of staying at 1802 and cannot say enough about it. From the second we entered the inn we felt at home. Teri, the innkeeper, met us when we arrived and made us feel welcome for the duration of our visit. Teri offered to make restaurant reservations prior to our arrival and, because it was late in the season and many places were closed, she had some excellent alternates. Our dinner at the Village tavern, on Teri's recommendation, turned out to be one of the highlights of our week in New England. Teri was always available to answer questions about the area and is a wealth of information when it comes to restaurants, local history/attractions and even helped us find a local tire shop when one of the tires on our vehicle needed repair. We particularly enjoyed talking with her and her husband Roger. They are perfectly suited to run a B&B. The location of 1802 is perfect. Located in a quiet neighbourhood a short (5- 10 minutes) pleasant walk to the shops and restaurants in Kennebunkport . Teri gave us a tour of all of the rooms in 1802 and there isn't one we wouldn't stay in. They are all perfectly decorated and spotlessly clean. Her and Roger have done an amazing job in creating the perfect inn. The breakfasts that Terri creates each morning are a great way start to the day. It was nice having a chance to sit and chat with other guests over a nice cup of coffee. What a nice way to meet people and talk about all of our travel experiences. Were looking forward to our next visit.
"A charming and hospitable bed and breakfast"

1802 is quiet and spotless and the hosts were so helpful. My bedroom was very comfortable with a very high bed and nice soft furnishings, a warm fireplace, and a modern shiny bathroom with excellent fittings and fluffy towels. It is situated on a quiet street and is near the town centre of Kennebunkport. The location is very handy for exploring the area.
