We spent a few days at buddy boutique and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was small but not too small. We never felt cramped. Our towels were folded in the shape of elephants which was a nice touch. My favorite part was that the whole hotel is exposed concrete. It gives it a different feel. The only negative is that there are clubs right there and they play loud music until 6 in the morning

Located in Bangkok (Yaowarat), New Empire Hotel is close to Sampeng Market, Grand Palace, and Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Also nearby are Siam Square and River City Shopping Complex.

One of the oldest districts in Bangkok, Yaowarat operates as an authentic, living/working Chinatown. Offering a high concentration of gold and pawn shops, the main thoroughfare of Yaowarat Road is also the place to tempt the palate with a variety of Chinese delicacies. Sampeng Lane is renowned for textiles, and the Thieves Market is antique heaven.

"Cheap and ok"
OK hotel for the price, it´s cheap, old, looks like an old hospital, but clean and works out fine for 1 night. Would not spend more time there tyhan one night, see it as a hostel more than a hotel.
Un hôtel qui a connu sans doute de meilleurs jours. Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec frigo (option possible) et nous avons eu droit à une chambre à 2 lits...sans frigo. L'acoustique est nulle l'hôtel étant situé à China Town il y a un va et vient constant durant la nuit le bruit allant de pair. J'ai failli me faire électrocuter en allumant […] une applique murale. バンコックの表玄関ホアランホーン駅から徒歩15分 ぐらいの位置にあり、とても便利。中華街に隣接していて、夕食はいつも、おいしい食事をたのしむことが出来た。

"Ok til prisen - tæt på China Town"
Man får som regel hvad man betaler for og dette gør sig også gældende for dette hotel. Meget slidt og ikke særligt vedligeholdt. Venlig betjening. Hvis man ønsker en budgetovernatning er dette en god løsning. Placering lige i kanten til China Town, med gå afstand til metro, hovedbanegård, billig massage, flodens færgelejer etc. Vi endte med at tage […] flere dage end forudbestilt hjemmefra. Read more
