I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.I loved the fact that there was hot coffee,hot chocolate,tea...in the lobby. Our room was smoking but it didn't smell like it at all.Room was so clean. We had a long drive and that was great. When I went down for some advice, I was meet with a smile and she answered every question I had.And when we left in the morning there was the young lady again.Nice to wake up to a sweet smile.We left there with a smile too.

Only problem I really had was that when enter the room and from the room being close all day you'll should cut the air on for the guess. So that room will be cool by time they arrive. Mainly when the wheather condition is very high. Meaning Very (HOT).
