BlueBay Banús - Marbella

It was clean, a resort like stay...it was perfect for our one night visit, but if you are vacationing there for longer than that I would recommend staying closer to the city center because this is about a ten minute walk...but this beach location is much quieter than the party scene near the town center

There was a strange smell in the room. Bathroom tiny and bare. Found two dead rochaes the first night. Two more, live ones this time in the morning. Moved out the same morning, however refund was refused. Forwarded to American Express for mediation.

We spent 7 nights in this hotel and we were absolutely happy about that.Place is quiet, a little bit far from centre,but its not bad,you can walk to puerto banus in about 15 min.the swimming pool is beautiful,food was ok,you can find everything you want.we really enjoyed this place and one day we definitely will come back there;)

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel during our visit towards the end of September 2012. The only one desire i had is wish the hotel could have been slightly more closer to the Marina which is not the case. Else everything was good. Those looking for a family vacation can definitely choose this hotel.

A nightmare to find as map shows it on a road but it seemed impossible to get off the motorway to get onto the road. If you want a typical Spanish hotel that is slightly dated then this is the hotel for you. There is plenty of choice of food but it is repetative and meal times can be manic, at certain times, the hotel can't keep up with the number of poeple eating so at breakfast at 10am and dinner at 9.30pm you could struggle to find a vacant table and as the staff […] are rushed off their feet the don't always appear to be that accomodating. As for sunbeds, there aren't enough so be prepared to go without or have an early start to put towels down (I know you're not supposed to but if you can't beat them then why not join them) but do you really want to be getting up early when you are on holiday! The reception staff where very helpful and friendly and the resort of Peurto Banus is beautiful although about a 20-25mins walk away. There is a lack of toilets, 2 ladies toilets in reception and one by the pool/outside bar which is where the evening entertainment takes place and there are potentially 150 women! Read more

Unfortunately this hotel did not communicate with me when they changed locations; therefore making finding them, let's say difficult! They are now south of the highway, or should I say attached to the highway as that was my delightful view! Overall the Hotel was completly average. The only big plus was the generous size of our bedroom. The breakfast was very poor. My wife found a pubic hair in her cheese. The coffee was weak and the fruit juice was undrinkable. Never a 4 star, 3 at the very best!

I cannot but concur with all the negative reviews given in trip advisor for april2012. Nowever i did generally find reception v. helpful and courteous. I also found cleaning staff for rooms generally v. helpful. However ther ewere hiccups. The dining room was such a negative experience that I shall not even comment. all travel agencies guides were in […] n. european languages so i thindkthat that this hotel caters for such coultries. for a younger lot this may not be the ideal place as i personally found it full of older couples past with average ages above 40 years. the service at reception was very good but unfortunately i feel that they were very understaffed as there was only one person manning the front reception, attending to calls and checking in clients. he hardly had time […] to breathe! we could not make direct calls from the rooms so it meant going through the reception (again the same person doing this) so when he was busy checking in guests it took some time. the rooms were large but average, bathrooms a little drab. i was disappointed that the cleaning lady did not put any soap whilst i was there and had to get it ordered from reception. the breakfast was very nice. to be fair, overall i would not rate it a 4 star but more a 3.5 star. otherwise the staff were very friendly and accomodating. the beauty is its close to all the ammenities. for the price i paid with breakfast not bad. would recommend if getting a fair deal. a 20 minutes a pieds de Puerto Banus en se promenant le long de la plage, au bord de la mer, piscine sympa. La nourriture est meilleure certains jours que d'autres mais dans l'ensemble un tres bon rapport qualité / prix. Un peu plus d'attention aux petits détails serait toutefois bienvenue.

Gute Lage, wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, da direkt an der A7 gelegen, Parkplätze stehen ausreichend kostenlos zur Verfügung. Trotzdem ruhig, wenn man mitten in der Hotelanlanlage ein Zimmer hat.
