On the positive side: - Clean - Friendly staff - Walking distance to city center And on the negative: -The bed felt like a trampoline - Breakfast is just juice, coffee and cereals

Hotel was inexpensive for just a late overnight stay, basically somewhere to sleep. Room was clean. No satellite, local channels only. Extremely small continental breakfast located at office. Many places in walking distance to eat and sightsee. It was a small hotel and served its purpose. Cheap and close to where we needed to be.

Ac did not work, carpet was dirty and sticky. Wireless was worse than dial up in 1994.

This hotel has been renovated by the owners who have done a nice job of it. Clean carpet, fresh paint, dated furniture that has been redone. Great care was taken in the bathroom with a nice job of molding on the ceiling, new sink and vanity. The newer floor tile in the bathroom shines. I had guest in the rooms on either side of me and I could not hear […] them. The TV was an older one with a crack in the side. All items in the room; fridge, coffee maker, A/C, and microwave functioned and did not make any funny noises. I did not hear train noise, freeway noise or traffic noise. The young lady at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The manager of the hotel is also very friendly and both would appear to do anything for you if you asked. Breakfast is included and was what I expected for the room rate that I got. If you are looking for a five star accommodation at a bargain price this is not your hotel. If your looking for a clean, older hotel that is a short walk away from gift shops and dinner/cocktail establishments and dont mind a cheap bed, this is the spot for you. I will stay at this hotel again since it is cheap, clean and has friendly and helpful staff. Read more

Nice cheap motel. Clean. Freshly paint. Mini fridge, Good selection of TV channels. Heater would keep heating while we had window A/C on. Breakfast choice very limited.

It was pretty bad. I am usually very easy to please. The A/c Unit was not even in the wall, the shower curtains were laying on the bed. There was construction type dirt and trash in the floor. We checked in at 1:30 at night with about 6 inches of snow or we would have found another hotel to stay in. Internet didn't work, no one was on duty in the office, […] I just picked my key out of the mailbox. I would not stay here for any reason again. Read more

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. The heat worked great. I would stay there again in the future. The hotel was close to everything. We were able to walk to a restaurant. Williams is a cute little town.

The beds were made with fresh sheets but there were no comforters or spreads on either on of them. I saw that other rooms had them. There was no tissue dispenser which would be nice since the cold makes my nose run. The dead bolt lock did not latch all the way until I kicked on the door. We enjoyed our stay there very close to entertainment and Route 66. The only problem we had was we left the power supply for our computer behind and had difficulty contacting hotel about returning item, in the end we purchased a new one

Good position, but the room was horrible, especially for the price. We would not stay here again. The room was filthy and stank from stale cigarette smoke. The breakfast room was essentially the size of a phone booth, and inadequate for the number of guests attempting to use it

Recommending this hotel for its location, it is an hour away from gran canyon village and the town williams is cute to see. Also from here a" famous" train departs to gran canyon village, takes a bit longer to reach gran canyon village, but is scenic. Hotel for that matter is ok to stay a night, but is old and muffy.

Unser Zimmer was sehr unsauber. Wir haben mit Badesandalen geduscht. Der mensch am Empfang war weder in der Lage, einen zweiten Schlüssel zu programmieren, noch eine Quittung auszudrucken. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück war extrem dürftig, selbst für den mitgebrachten Teebeutel stand kein kochendes Wasser zur Verfügung. Williams ist ein kleines Städtchen etwa 1 Stunde vom Grand Canyon entfernt. Wer den Flair einer US Kleinstadt mag, mit "Roue 66 Feeling", wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Acceuil très peu aimable par les propriétaires, qui nous avais au départ placés dans une chambre fumeur. Après longue négociations nous avons réussi a obtenir une chambre non fumeur. Petit déjeuner et amménagement de la chambre correct. Le reste de la ville est facilement accécible a pied de l'hotel.
