Fantastic experience. After traveling around Egypt for 7 days we spent the end of our trip relaxing in Cairo. The hotel staff where friendly an accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! couldn't ask for more!! Also, the spa services where great and very affordable.

Beautiful pool, great rooms, comfy beds (you do not even feel as though you were in Cairo!). Very clean. The healthclub is also ver clean and has two saunas. In short: excellent. I enjoyed the room and service at this hotel generally, however, as a business traveler it was very disappointing. The free internet access was only available in a small hotel cafe and even then very unreliable - I never had a good connection. Everyone was extremely helpful. Location, while a bit funky, is safe. Only negative on hotel is the lack of wine selection. Only 4 reds, 2 of which are horrible, at for a 4 ounce glass at almost 9 USD, a real issue. Internet is only free in their coffee shop, which was ok. Egypt is transitioning, at the real issue for tourism is to stop the hawkers, […] which will follow you for blocks even if you say no. The pyramids have no control, police and remains a issue to be solved if they are to flourish again. I watched a small boy pull an Asian woman down to the ground by her camera and had to intervene by pushing the kid, no one working there does anything to protect those that spend there. I spent three nights at this hotel, and enjoyed my stay there. This hotel had many pros and very few cons. Pros: The staff was helpful. The Dokki metro stop was about 500 meters away, which would allow you to get to other parts of the city quite easily. The McDonalds and Cilantro cafe across the street from the hotel were open late in case you needed […] to grab a bite to eat or some coffee. Don't forget to try some of the chocolates from L'amandine next to the McDonald's. A bank, some grocery stores and a small pharmacy are all nearby. It's not close, but not far from the Pyramids of Giza. One of the taxi driver who hangs around outside of the hotel spoke English and was quite helpful. the hotel is 5 stars so yes its good and comfortable but it can better the location is not good since your surrounded by buildings but you have mc donalds and pizzahut near you. room cleans: 5 out of 5. Service: 3 out of 5 since they didn't change my towels everyday. and yes i recommend staying in this hotel

Really nice hotel. Food, drink, cleanliness, service and facilities all very good. Location is good if you want a room with a view (Nile, etc.). Free Wi-Fi in the Corporate Café is good.

Enjoyed over all stay. except the travel agent at hotel tried to cheat for our one day trip to pyramids.... which was very disappointing...... So I sugest the guests to be very care full with Travel agent and tell him to write clearly what was promised during discussion... Rest is fine..... hotel can be recommended...

Pleasant rooms in central location for business. Down side non smoking floor but our room clearly had been used by smokers and anyone could smeel the smoke on the floor from other rooms. Smoking is also allowed in the resturants

Basically a reasonable hotel with adequate facilities in-room and in-hotel. Well situated for Nile corniche and other city centre highlights. Rather confusing restaurant/cafe names and menus, but clarified once questions asked. Buffet breakfast sections (hot/cold) not visible from each other and hot section was also the smoking area.
