Close to border, easy to find. Need more restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant on the premises was terrible and too expensive for what you got. We had 15 minutes to enjoy what was left of the buffet which was not fresh and we were charged the full cost anyways.When asked if they could bring more food out they said it is only […] to noon so it was just what was left there. The hotel staff was very professional and the rooms were well maintained. I particularily enjoined the gym as it was air conditioned and contained modern gym equipment and a t.v. monitor with cable. The location is close to the IMAX/Civic Center but is far from the night life locations. Excellent I was coming from far away and fortunatelly I was able to check in very early. Everytime I inquired with the front desk I was quickly assisted. The property sizes makes it feell safer to park you vehicle.

A nice, clean, hotel that is ideally located. But where it is falls short is in room amenities. Yes, there is a coffee maker in the room, but they only give you one packet of coffee, 2 sugars, and 2 creamers. If you drink decaf, you are out of luck. For 2 people staying in the room, you both do not get enough coffee for 1 full cup of coffee each. If […] you like extra sugar or cream, one of you are out of luck. Also, they only give you 1 tiny bar of soap and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo per room. So if there are 2-more staying in the room-- good luck. Talking to housekeeping will get you nowhere. Because of the sparse amenities, my wife and I decided not to eat or drink at this hotel. If the hotel was that 'tight' on amenities, they must be 'tighter' on food and drink portions. There are plenty of good restaurants in in the area. Would I recommend this hotel to others? I would tell of my experience and let them decide for themselves. This hotel is not posh in any regard, but for something close to the border and surrounded by everything it is an excellent choice. The room was very clean, the staff (bi-lingual) were very friendly, and the grounds immaculate. Overall a comfortable stay for a quick trip.

El hotel es muy sencillo, pero es comodo. El personal es atento y me apoyo a realizar otras reservaciones respetando el mismo precio que me dieron a mi. La habitacion esta limpia, y en el baño tenian varios accessorios de cortesia como pasta, limpia zapatos, hilo y aguja, etc

Me hubiera gustado un bote extra de basura en el ba;o y otro mas enseguida del escritorio además de que no hay tiendita que venda artículos de emergencia como pasadores o alka seltzer.. Muchas gracias y felicidades.

Escelente Hotel, el area no hay muchas cosas que hacer, creo que deberian de tener algun suttle para los lugares mas comunes. Cuando uno va de trabajo le gustaria conocer un poco la ciudad, el personal muy accesible.
