Location.
Situated in Eureka Springs, Stonegate Inn is close to Pine Mountain Jamboree, Museum of Earth History, and Christ of the Ozarks. Also nearby are Pivot Rock and Thorncrown Chapel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days, and honestly, the owner was really friendly to us. The room was clean as well. The location also near to other vacation places that we would like to go. Really recommended this hotel to everybody.

The pictures on web is not what you rent. Left jacket behind and they were not helpful to get jacket shipped. Very agressively stated the hotel not responsible. That might be true but they were very unfriendly in the conversation.
The pictures on web are very true pictures from this hotel. If a customer leave something to the hotel room, hotel is not responsible . If a customer wants to pay shipping and handling expenses we will mail a package for a customer.

"Moderate, needs amenities"
Older property, lacking amenities. We would've like to have a hair dryer and coffee in the room. They need to have some lighting in the stairwell. We got up early and had no way to see our way down from the second floor--had to feel our way. They could use a light sensor activated light to save power. Unfortunately, it was not located as close to downtown […] Eureka Springs as we would've liked. Obviously weekends in October are crazy busy. Hard to get around so we spent all of the evening in our motel room. Nice family restaurant just a little ways down the road toward town on the other side of road--if we had only known. A customer can get a hairdryer, an iron and coffee from the front desk. We have automatic lighting system. It goes on 5 PM and goes off 8.00 AM. We are one mile from Downtown, it takes only 4 minutes to drive there or take a trolley.

"Motorcycle freindly motel in eureka springs"
Basic motel amenities, but staff very freindly and helpful. Great stop for motorcycle, park in front of room, cleaning towels and supplies provided to clean bugs off bike. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Downtown eureka springs requires transportation, can call a limo for $5person one-way if want to avoid driving.

The hotel was in a convenient location and more affordable for someone on a budget than many of the others that we checked. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Though advertised as a non-smoking room, you could smell smoke when the air conditioning was on. Also wanted to acknowledge that we were in town for my stepsons wedding-his friends had booked him and his bride somewhere else for several months prev;iously and paid for it-they were 10 minutes late checking in and were told the room had been rented even though it had already been paid for. You came to the rescue even though it was 11:00 p.m. and […] found them a room and didn't even charge any extra! We were VERY satified with our stay. While there were other more expensive places to stay for what we paid we were overwhelmed by the quality and the owners. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, AR we will call these people first.

Room was clean when we arrived (early). Security was good during the night. Only issue we had was availability of soap for the shower and the ICE machine was broken. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

A late arrival was not problem. Even though it is on the highway could not hear any traffic. Room with 2 queens was very spacious. Chairs out on the walkway was a nice place to enjoy the continental breakfast.

"adequate enough"
Simple dated motel but adequate for the cost and location. Don't count on the continental breakfast to fill you up. It's just a simple individually wrapped danish and such and tea or coffee. Plan on getting breakfast out.

The room had horrible AC. The room didn't cool off until 1am and we checked out at 8am. At 4am our neighbors next to our room were outside being extremely loud. We tried to call the front desk but our hotel phone did not work. We called with our cell phone and got a recording. Needless to say, it wasn't the best hotel stay. Wouldn't recommend!

Owners were very nice down to earth people. Rooms were very nice and comfy. Hotel furnished nice patio furniture outside of rooms and outside of pool. Hotel provided grills, fridges in room, microwave, and modern television sets. I will be going back if we go back to Eureka Springs.

This is a great place to stay in Eureka Springs, AR. It is very clean and well-maintained. While it is not upscale and the continental breakfast is very bare bones, if you're looking for a clean place to rest your head at a great price - this is the place to go!

We stayed 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The hotel was nice and clean for the money we spent. There are bigger, fancier places for a lot more money. The manager was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

Owners were very accommodating, they rearranged our rooms,' after our arrival. making it more convienient for our families. We were there for a wedding and greatfully accepted their invitation to put us in adjoining rooms so we could dress for this event. It was an older building but clean and updated nicely. "Spring Break for everyone but me"
The hotel was norm., clean, comfy and & centrally located to attractions. Unfortunately on my trip, everyone was on spring break (except me). When I was awakened at 3:00 am, and had to call the manager for assistance to control the noise (which sounded like someone was tearing down the hotel), I was angry (to say the least) and the manager took about […] 30 minutes to even show up. the noise did not decrease after he left, so I had to handle it myself ( ;-) ) So, in summary, the hotel is ok, as long as you don't need to sleep! The owner is a sweet and kind lady who was very happy to please. Our room was clean and the bathroom looked was so clean it looked like we were the first ones to use it. Traveled to Eureka Springs for a wedding. Needed to get in room early to change. No problem. Staff very friendly and nice. Room was clean and everything worked. Plan on restaurant for breakfast, unless you want just a donut and coffee. Several good restaurants nearby.

Hotel was bare bones and dated, but perfectly fine for one night at a rock bottom price. TV, internet, plumbing all worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. No complaints at the right price, but expect a bare-bones two-star experience.

"The Stonegate Inn - Convenient locatiion"
We enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs Stonegate Hotel. Rooms were clean. Small, but fun pool. Hot tub, picnic area, friendly staff -- all in all it was a good time. Best of all, it was inexpensive.

"Not bad for the price"
The lady at the front desk was outstanding and friendly she gave great customer service. Our only issue was with the man who said my friend was lieing when she requested new towels since the towels in our room had spots on them. Other than that it was not a bad experience.
