Hotel is high quality, located in the heart of old town Bordeaux, Centre Ville. Room was spacious by French standards, but they had just painted the bathroom, so the paint fumes were irritating. Helpful, friendly staff.

Room a little poky but clean and good double glazing kept out street sounds easily. The hotel wasn't up to what I was expecting. Even though it is extremely convenient for Gare Saint Jean, the rooms were tiny and had no conveniences in them at all. I've stayed in a few Ibis and Kyriad hotels which have been better serviced and the hotel could do with a bit of a revamp too. We had also pre-booked a double room but were only presented […] with a single set of towels! Otherwise having free wifi and breakfast was a good thing. L'accueil est incroyablement désagréable, on a l'impression de déranger. Les chambres sont très petites, mais calmes. L'état d'entretien général est correct. Pas de plateau courtoisie dans la chambre (guère de place pour le mettre d'ailleurs) et le "coin courtoisie" à l'accueil était vide à 22h. Nous avons dû déranger le personnel et demander un peu […] d'eau chaude et quelques gobelets. Le Wifi était pratiquement inutilisable (étant sans code il est peut-être utilisé par l'extérieur ? Seul point fort : le PDJ compris était varié et fourni. L'emplacement à côté de la gare est pratique mais pas exceptionnel (pas grand chose à côté) mais le tram est pratique. Donc un bilan neutre, mais je n'aurais pas aimé rester plusieurs jours dans cet hotel. Read more

A decent hotel. Clean room, friendly staff. A little ways off Bordeaux centre, but it was really easy to get into town with the tram (runs every 10th min right outside the hotel) or by city bikes. We would go back here!

This hotel is fine for a business stay. The rooms are tiny but they have the essential. Breakfast is OK and there is a reasonable lounge area and the staff were helpful. But it's a long walk to the centre of town so it's not really suitable for tourists.
