This is a bare-bones hotel that has been recently updated and is satisfactory is almost every way. However: 1: smoking and non-smoking rooms are intermixed on the same floor, and the hallways smell of smoke. If the housekeeping staff leave the door of your room open or ajar very long, you'll return to a smoky-smelling room and will have to clear it […] using the air conditioner. 2: the housekeeping staff are poorly supervised. Yes, the rooms are spotless, and this deserves to be emphasized. However, we returned to our room the first day to discover the housekeepers had started but not finished. They had removed all the towels, and had then forgotten about everything else. It was after midnight and I had to roust the night clerk to get towels, and we slept in an un-made room. This is an inexcusable management lapse. The positives: good, responsive front desk; everything recently scrubbed and repainted, a pool and hot tub if that's your thing, and a location that is convenient for people traveling by car. We stayed here for its location just outside of Glacier Park. It is an older hotel, a little musty smelling when you first walk in, but it was adequate. Staff were nice. Breakfast was very limited, but I was told that at check-in. If you want the best rates in Kalispell, I would recommend this place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that our room was on the second floor and we had to pack our shopping upstairs to organize it and then back down the stairs to the car to load.

The smell of cigarette smoke permeates the lobby as you enter...we had to stay in a smoking room due to availability which had a very strong smell as well. Overwhelming actually. Very basic accomodations, lobby smells musty, room was ok, cinderblock painted walls, TV with DVD player was nice. Price was inexpensive, so you get what you pay for...no frills. It served its purpose for a very basic hotel to rest your head for the night.

Hotel was okay - but the bed was terrible. The mattress had a pad on it that felt like a vinyl liner - which was really uncomfortable. Felt like the sheets were wooly from wear, it was actually the polyester mattress pad that was bumpy and could be felt through the sheets.

Overall we were pleased with the Aero Inn. We came to Kalispell to golf and enjoy the community so we were really just looking for a reasonably priced hotel and a clean place to sleep as we truly were away from the hotel all day. I was pleased with cleanliness of the room, although appearance is older looking and our table leg was worn, the room was certainly clean. We packed mattress foam based on other reviews we read, so we slept comfortable each night. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. The continental breakfast was simple (cereals and breads), yet good enough to get us started for the day. We sat in the hot tub each night and I did notice the clean up around the tub could have been improved, however the water appeared clean and we had no negative reactions from it. The only concern I would say I had was that as the doors are heavier and if not supported when closing them, they slam. We heard several doors slamming throughout the night and early in the morning; this was a little frustrating. We had a non-smoking room; however the smoking rooms were a few doors down so needless to say the smell of smoke was very apparent in the hallways. All in all though, if I was just staying two-three nights I would book here again, if I was staying any longer I would be inclined to look for a little more comfort. Read more

This hotel was a little run down for my liking. It was fine but nothing to write home about. The biggest thing that bothered me was the smoking rooms right across from the non-smoking. I actually had to put a towel under the door to keep some of the smell from coming into my room.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this is it. Rooms are very big. Sheets are clean but comforters are not. Beds are hard as rock. Heater did not work well. Room was not cleaned well at all. Drawers had dirt (? or some other substance in them) M&M found on the floor.

It was a one night stay. We had our dog with us, so it was important she was permitted in the hotel. It has amazing amenities for the low cost, we were very satisfied.
