Very pleasant, comfortable place, well designed. Close to train station and rugby stadium. There's a very good patisserie next door, so we did not take the breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, room large by French standards and very pleasant staff. The big plus is the proximity to the airport and relatively nice room. Not five star but certainly comfortable and clean. The minuses are the cost for the hotel and the meals in the restaurant, probably more than they are worth.

I was there with my granddaugther and bot of us had a great time. The ubication is great: close to restaurants, buses and metro.The staff in the hotel were very kind and gave us information about places and transportation. I complained about the breakfast because I was told it was a breakfast buffet and my idea about a buffet is totally different then the next day they add yogurt on it but the breakfast is good, the cafeteria is very clean and the waiter is very kind. The hotel is clean only the bathtub wasn't very clean and I cleaned it myself. Very good place to stay at a great price!!!

Very clean, scanned room with blacklight. Only issue was tile around bathtub had a mold build up and bottom of shower curtain had mold. The tile mold... was not the grout, it was the tile surface. Good location off of A75. I was in room 12 which is away from highway. I always use an iPad app for white noise to hide noises, but did not think this hotel was noisey. Good hotel much better value than our previous cheaper hotel BUT it was extremely difficult to find a large sign at the end of the road would have been helpful.It was very difficult driving to this place in the rush hour and one slip meant a detour of miles to get back close again.

Très bonne impression, si nous pouvons émettre une suggestion elle serait de ne pas mettre l’interrupteur juste au dessus des oreillers. Mon mari dors avec l'aide d'une machine qui lui demande de dormir avec deux oreillers et à chaque mouvement il allume la lumière. L'hôtel se trouve dans un endroit calme, entouré des restaurants. L'accès est facile de l'autoroute et de la zone d'activité La Pardieu de Clermont-Ferrand. Le parking est sécurisé, les chambres sont confortables. L'internet est en Wifi, mais très lent.

nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 personnes mais avec une serviette et un drap de bain (remarque faite à la réception mais pas de réaction). De plus la gaine d'aération n'avait pas de grille. Les petits défauts peuvent parfois nous amener vers d'autres hébergements....
