My family lived in this cottage for 2 nights. It is very comfortable. We all like it. The room is spacious and clean. They provide a playpen for my son. There is 2 face basins. And we like the restaurant. Perfect viewing!

Room is old (this is NP, what can you expect!) Funny smell from the wooden furniture poking my nose all night long. The only internet coverage is the lobby. Imagine the crowd at the lobby. However, the view is really great.

Experience was all that we hoped for and more. our cabin was comfortable, our dinner in the Mural Room was outstanding, and our waiter, Dustin, was friendly and attentive. We truly felt it was a world class dining experience comparable to any of the major cities of the world -- New York, Montreal, London, or Paris.

We got in from hiking quite late in the evening and were suprised that this hotel offered no dining of any sort at night and did not support / have supporting options for dining (even if it was pizza!). It was a last minute decision to stay at the Jackson Lake Lodge, and happened to get a great last minute deal for one of the cottage rooms for 3 nights. The lodge itself is very nice and has a great view of the Tetons and the valley. It's very convenient to a lot of the park. The cottage itself was fairly clean, except for the bathroom floor which didn't […] seem to get swept very well. The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. The landscaping outside the cottages was non-existent, a lot of weeds and dead plants. No TV in the rooms, which is typical for National Parks. Wi-Fi only in the main lodge lobby area. Staff seemed friendly and helpful when I had questions. For the price I paid, the room was acceptable, but I would have expected much better for the regular price that is usually charged. The main room of the Lodge itself was very impressive. Beautiful HUGE picture windows of the Tetons. Gorgeous (but it was very hazy when we were there so the view was 'smoggy.' On a clear day it would be spectacular.) There are two restaurants. One if upscale and one is more like an old style Diner. Even though it was crowded, we were seated quickly. […] The dishes in the Diner were a little on the high side for what we got (I guess this is tourist city). Our room/cabin was clean and old. No AC and it was warm. Pretty quiet though and that was nice. This place is expensive (for us). The Rustic Inn in Jackson was the same price and MUCH nicer. But then you aren't in the Tetons. Room was comfortable. No Television or a/c but a/c wasn't needed. A bit overpriced for the accomodations, but was probably because of the location. The water pipe broke in the ceiling of the entrance to the restaurant and ruined any thoughts of breakfast the next morning.

When we saw them playing cards up late at night together, we knew that the extra price to be away from the real world was well worth every penny. Hiking is right out your door. The lodge was very nice. We stayed in the cottages. It was a close walk to the main lodge and not far from the outdoor pool. Each cottage has its own porch, but there is no TV or A/C. The main restaurant is terrible we had to wait 45 minutes for our dinner and 30 minutes for breakfast. The service was terrible my wife had to wait 15 minutes for a refill on her coffee.

The location was excellent as it was in the Grand Teton National Park. However the room smelled extremely musty. For the price we paid I certainly did not expect that. The beds did not have any bedspread or comforter. There were not sufficient towels,etc. for 4 guests either.

The location can't be beat - in the heart of Grand Teton NP with spectacular views of the mountains - if you're lucky enough to get into one of the rooms in the lodge with that view. We stayed in the cabins - pleasant, clean, comfortable. The bathrooms needed some updating. The amenities, for what we paid, were meager. This was the most expensive room […] of our trip and had the least amount of services - no fridge, no TV, no wifi (only in main lodge). The TV and wifi we can live without - it was only one night afterall - but a fridge was available in every other property we stayed in and is essential to travellers in the park. We had a lovely dinner in the Mural room and a nice breakfast in the Pioneer Grill - but we should have done it in reverse to see the sun shining on the peaks from the east instead of watching the sunset in the west.
